The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Well padded, fits great. Bought as a Christmas gift and they loved it.
I bought these thinking the gloves will do until I find something good, but these gloves are way better than expected! I like the fit, easy on and easy off. great quality, I actually like the knuckle protection, I won't be needing a different pair of gloves.
Doesn't have the airflow I was expecting but still very nice for the price.
As other reviewers have stated, very comfortable, affordable, a good qualtiy product. Of course, you could go to a bike shop and pay sixty dollars or more for a product no better than what you get here... LeatherUP- qualtiy, selection, fast shipping.
Great gloves and look terrific! They are not what I'd get if I was looking for something to keep me warm when it's below 40 outside. They have too many vents and get cold at that temp. That said, I don't plan on using them much at that temperature!!
Well made gloves. Great riding comfort. I have huge hands and the X-Large fit very well. The finger length however is long, very long. I have somewhere between 1/4" - 1/2" hanging beyond the tips of my fingers. These gloves may be better suited to smaller longer hands than larger "manlier?" hands. I see these fitting women better than men but are a nice set of gloves regardless of sex.
pretty comfortable; the velcro on the wrist is not great
These gloves are well made. Palms are thickly padded. You can feel the knuckle protectors a little more when you hand is open than some of the other gloves I tried on but with your hands curled on the grips you cant feel them and they are very comfortable. They are not very warm on cold days I wear an insulated glove on colder days and these when its over 55 or so.
Got these for my MSF class. The are comfortable and well made but left black dye on my hands after the first 3 times I wore them.
Pretty much what I thought the gloves would be, very comfortable, the knuckle protection took a little getting used to.
It's a great glove for the price. Ideal for temperatures above 50 degrees. The knuckle guard doesn't squash your knuckles. My fingers are thin, so the glove doesn't fit real snug, but the length of the fingers are nice, and gloves that are too tight tend to constrict blood circulation and make the fingers cold or even numb. My only complaint is the velcro wrist strap, since it doesn't fit tight enough on my skinny wrists, but this probably isn't a problem for most people. It's a great glove if you're on a budget.
nice gloves, fit comfortable...great for the price
Like always- great product, great price Thanks Again.
Fit is a little off, but this is a great glove. Feels great while riding and they are a steal for the price.
No danger to my knuckes with these babies! I am looking forward to wearing these when the weather warms up. It feels like the grip will be good without getting too warm. Thanks to LeatherUp.com, I now have a closet full of helmets, gloves and leather gear!

They seem very good for the price. Though I have not had a chance to use them yet.
Everything I have bought from leather ups has exceeded my expectations. Leather ups has become the only place I shop for my motorcycle gear. These gloves fit perfect, feel great, and the quality is far greater than the price.
A good glove for the price, my only problem was that after and handful of days riding the gel grips on both gloves have come off, mostly between the thumb and forefinger, but hey, for $30 they are still decent.
Overall these gloves are great considering how cheap they are. The 'gel pads' wear and fall off easily, but the surface underneath them still has plenty of traction. Much more comfortable than similar gloves that are meant for motorcross.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
