Awesome vest. Fit is spot on. Great pockets inside and out. The one panel back piece makes sewing on large back patch very easy. Great color and distressing. Front snaps are a bit loose, not 80MPH proof. Simple fix, slight crimp with pliers . . . done. This is easily worth twice the price. UMF "Odd"

Just received the new vest and it looks and fits great. Have not sewn the patches on yet and obviously have not had it long enough to rate the ware and durability. It is a bit heavy, so if you ride in very warm/hot/humid weather, expect this vest to be a bit uncomfortable as it does not have a removeable liner.

Very nice vest . It fit's perfect and has a comfortable feel even with the gun pocket in use . it obviously hasn't been time tested yet only a few hundred miles but looks and feels like good quality. My first purchase here won't be the last now waiting for the matching chaps that are presently out of stock.
I bought this vest for the sole purpose of concealed carry and also keys, cell phone, and other items that do you absolutely zero good if they aren't with you when you need them. (Women have purses, men have pockets, I needed sturdy pockets and lots of them but in versatile form.) Not my first leather vest but definitely my last. It's substantial and thick. The size guide is accurate. Wear it over a short-sleeve v-neck tee and jeans and you can blend in anywhere that casual attire is appropriate. Some may view it as biker leather, but I've heard comments, "Crocodile Dundee" and "Native American" and nothing negative. It blends in to an office environment or out in public. I love the fit on the neck. Typically I carry around 4-6 pounds distributed in the pockets, either a stainless steel Bond Arms Snakeslayer chambered for .410 shotgun shells, or a .357 magnum, both of which are heavy, along with other steel, extra ammo, etc. The vest distributes this extra weight perfectly. It isn't digging into my neck but rather spreads evenly across the trapezious and delts. You get used to it quickly. The distressed look and side stitching including the leather bits that hang down look good. I am exceedingly pleased with this vest, and also the service I have received from Leatherup.

just got this vest. like it, like it, like it! the distressed look is not nearly as ruff as pic makes it look. its very cool. like the double gun pockets. tho they might be a little large for what i carry. like all the pockets. seems to be very well made. was very fast shipping. if ur returning customer u need to call in ur order - 10% off is what i got. ask about promos.
sizing is accurate. unless ur wearing over leathers.

A good purchase. Good looking vest, good material and fit. Nice vest for summer riding. A lot of pockets with room for almost everything. If you want to carry in this one, better make it a snub.
I bought this for my husband because his old vest needed to be replaced. This one looks the most like his old one, but this one has the concealed carry. He loves this vest! The fit was right, the price was right and he loves the way it looks on him! (So do I). He wears it when riding his motorcycle for protection just in case. We would definitely recommend it!
