The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

My earlier review was in error, 5 stars for this pair of gloves, warm and wind resistant for the cold southern california winter mornings, can't beat the price
Large usually fits fine this glove is a bit tight even after a couple of weeks wear. Not as warm as I had hoped. Good waterproof.
Nice looking gloves, haven't had a chance to ride with them yet, but just wearing around on a cold day...kept my hands warm. Shipping was very fast. That's is a key issue with me. The quality of all the products I have bought from leatherup has been very good.
The gloves are fine. Needed a little breaking in, but are warm enough on a high 30s morning. Have not tried them in wet weather yet.
The only complaint I have is the way the Leatherup shipped them. I have bought a lot of other, more expensive stuff from them and the shipping has been great. But these $22 gloves were shipped Fedex Ground and REQUIRED a signature to be delivered! It took 3 days of back and forth with the local shipper before I got them. Why on earth was a signature required for these? But this is the FIRST issue I have had with Leather up.com. I have been very happy up to now. and would still order from them.
definitely warmer than my deer hide gloves but not waterproof right out of the box. have tried adding some mink oil but have had sunny weather since.
Comfortable right out of the box. A little stiff but seem to be loosening up already.
very warm gloves. your hands and finger will not get cold while wearing theses.
beast pair of gloves i have ever purchased and worth every peny.
I like these gloves, they feel like they will keep my hands pretty warm, haven't had a chance to try them in the rain yet, hope they are actually waterproof.
Great goves!!! The price is great!!!!! Very warm, I don't know if there waterproof or not. The gloves are very comfortable. I ordered my wife a pair after receiving mine.
No matter what I try my fingertips are always cold...other than that these have been awesome gloves through rain or shine!
this is my third set of gloves from this company, would buy from them again with no hesitation at all...
Good fit, and quality made. What a bargain at the price offered! Will continue making purchases for all my motorcycle riding gear!
Great value for the price! My son wears the gloves when riding his new quad. Great website, too. Shipping was free (when ordered with his new helmet) and fast. I would definitely order from here again.
Nice gloves ,comforable , flexable, and reasonably warm. Wore them on my 20 mile trip to work this morning. It was in the low 40's my fingers started to get a little cold but not unbearable. I don't think they would be well suited for longer trips in temperatures below 40.

I haven't had much opportunity to use them yet because I haven't done much cold weather riding. But they seem well made, and they fit well. They're just a bit bulkier than I expected, but they still allow me to operate the controls easily.
I ride everyday to and from work 98 miles per day. Temps in the morning have been in the low 40s. Tips of my fingers still get cold but not to the point of numbness. Overall good value for price.
They fit fine and are compfortable. I haven't worn them yet in cold weather as it has not been cold yet in Florida.
These gloves are fantastic but they were to tight in the fingers so my younger brother scored a great present next time I will order up a sizze
As usual, I received the gloves from LU in a timely manner. The gloves look and feel great. I have been wearing them in temps from 38- 52 degrees and they have performed flawlessly. Hands and fingers stay warm and comfortable. They fit great over the cuffs of my jacket, too. I haven't been caught out in the rain yet, but I'll be ready with these gloves on.
Have good feel for grips and controls. The fingers are a little tight. They seemed to retain the moisure the fingers got damp. Several tips on each hand got pretty cold. Victory Cross Country 33 to 44 degrees into 20 mi. wind at 75-80 mph. Took hr.and 1/2 at coldest temp. At 44 made most of 300 mi. had to change. Reserve for warmer days and dress-up.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
