After finding leather cult I was sceptical about ordering after researching reviews, however I started my journey by emailing with my doubts. They were fantastic. Every query I had was answered. I ordered a female 38 but needed the shoulder and arm lengths slightly longer/wider. I got what I asked for. The leather is beautifully soft and excellent workman ship. I even asked if they could add 'tabs' to the zips so the jacket matched the Jennifer Anderson biker jacket exactly. It's been done. From my order to delivery it took just over 3 weeks. Brilliant. Fast and e confusing size chart did everything they said and still too small.

Their website works well but after you place an order it goes into the hands of a 'support' person, and after this it becomes bad. Poor language skills and misused words regarding dimensions lead me to a $320 CDN jacket that looked like it was made for a primate. They were very unresponsive to the problem, and the jacket went into the garbage. Beware this company

Received the jackets within the approximate time frame, however both jackets were cut too short, do not look or feel right, the M-65 jacket had the chest pockets mounted way to high to be functional or look right. Furthermore it didn't have a hood, just a zipper mounted to make it look like it did and to top it off the leather is very thin. These people have clearly never actually seen or handled an M-65, let alone worn one. They just saw a picture or two and went off of that. As for the other jacket, they apparently thought that the inclusion of a waist size meant to cut the jacket OFF at the waist. The other thing is that it is obvious that these people do not work in inches, despite their web site requesting measurements in inches. Very disappointed I fell for this and since there was no return information with the shipment, I now have to figure out how to get a refund.

Finding the product, ordering, fitting and delivery all worked like a charm. Would not hesitate to use the site again and again. Particular thanks to Terry and Erica in fitting and design for their work and patience.

It was very thorough. Excellent presentation, packaging etc. quality of leather is beautiful, very soft, I love them. Would have rated it five stars, but the fit was a little tight around the legs and hips and a little loose around the waist, I'm not sure why because I gave accurate measurements. I sent a message in regards to the waist and I didn't hear back. I will be getting the waist altered on my own as I cannot wear them without a belt. LeatherCult does not provide any options on returns or alterations. Otherwise they look gorgeous, worth every penny, I've received a lot of compliments. They're stretch leather, so I'm hoping in time the fit around my hips and legs will feel more comfortable.

Fast manufacturing and shipping. Great material. My only complaint is not at the fault of the company. The fit is too boxy and oversized. I screwed up my measurements.

I found a jacket my son would like and requested it in purple. I ordered it and it arrived exactly as we wanted! The color, size, and timing were great! We are very pleased.

I order a custom leather jacket and everything fits perfectly with the exception of the shoulder and arm. My god its like it has arms made for some obese fat person. Not even remotely right. Gonna contact them to see if it can be corrected.

I received my package a week earlier than I was supposed to, which was unexpected, but a very pleasant surprise. The quality of the pants surpassed my expectations, and they are incredibly comfortable. I'm so glad I got them, and I will definitely be purchasing from here again! Before buying them I had some doubts, and was worried they wouldn‘t fit, or they would be too baggy... but nope, they were actually perfect! The customer service is also pretty fast, and thank you to Erica for answering all of my questions :)

I measured according to the size chart guidelines but the jacket was two sizes to small in the breast area.
