Measurement input process is extremely professional. The designers are very responsive if you have questions during the manufacturing process. Final product matched exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations in overall quality. Would recommend to everyone!

I received my jacket today and it is a perfectly fine jacket, but it was made up to an inch smaller than the size chart and unwearable. I am a professional tailor and certainly understand how to measure myself and adjust for wearing ease, but the armhole on this jacket is so tight I can't get it on. The shoulder and chest are also 1 1/2" smaller than advertised.

If you are brave enough to still try buying from them, maybe go with the completely custom measurements option? The only positive reviews I've seen are from people going that route. It was foolish of me to go with a "ready set" size, even though I bought a size larger than I usually wear.

Jacket received at home, unfortunately I'm abroad on a job for some weeks. No chance to check at the moment.

The quality of the product is wonderful. However, I sent in my measurements but the circumference of the sleeves is way off. They're too large.

The sizing chart wasn't accurate (the skirt I received was at least 2 sizes to small) and it was 3 to 4 inches shorter then pictured on the website. I product I ordered was pictured as a below knee length skirt. The product I received was about 2 inches above the knee.

However, the quality does appear to be good.

I received the samples quickly and was helpful in getting a better idea of true color and feel.

It was fine. I placed my order on Sept 1 and I received it on Sept 21. There wasn't any progress pictures, just an email that said that the order was being made and then another saying that it was on its way a while later.

It looks nice, and the leather is soft. I would like to order it again as a gift for my friend.

I was very impressed with the quality of the leather jacket that I received. One caution: Please pay attention to the suggestion to order the next size up. I missed that. Will keep the jacket however.

I bought this baby to keep me safe from a puppy who was bitey as all hell and loved to frolic in mud and poop. To say the least I needed something bulletproof.
This jacket is not bulletproof. But puppy proof for sure. It's also pretty wind, rain, snow, nip and slip proof.
Gusseted arms allow for a solid range of motion. So quick movements are a piece of cake. P

I was a little nervous about ordering a custom jacket online but I am happy with my purchase over-all. I think they could do a better job with the sizing - there are programs that other online retailers for clothing use that help make you feel comfortable that you are getting your size right.
