Fast turnaround. Just disappointed with quality of the leather. Would be ok for a man's jacket not a shirt.

I just received my jacket today. It is so so big. And why wouldn't you put the belt that goes around the bottom of the jacket all the way around it? And they put belt loops in the back where you can't even put the belt through because they sewed the belt on each side of the jacket. Never Again. I'll just throw it in the trash. It's HUGE. I'M A WOMEN. I Gave them measurements. I'm not this big. Thank goodness my daughter didn't order one yet. She won't after seeing this. The waist is huge. I'm sooooo Disappointed.

Hi there. I was extremely happy with the fitting of the jacket. It is amazing. I was really worried about the jacket being too small especially on the sleeves but it is perfect. Also it was faster than expected so Thank you so much.

The jacket I ordered is lovely in detail and quality with a few points for feedback. The belt doesn't sit properly in relation to the size of the jacket, meaning it is either too loose or too tight at the bottom depending on which belt hole is fastened. Also, the arms are a bit big in relation to the rest of the jacket. Overall, the detail is great and the leather is good quality.

I have been on the hunt for a leather jacket and I love that you can customize from an already awesome jacket!

The quality of materials is great. I wore these pants all day in summer and wasn't dying thanks to the inner lining. I will say that the hardware was missing on the pockets as it was shown in the pictures, but the stitching is high quality so I'm not concerned. If I really bugs me I could fasten some pewter rivets myself. Overall, knowing this I would still buy them again.

The Spanish brown leather jacket is beautiful. I ordered 6 ties and received 5 ties. I did not receive (1) the black leather tie and (2) the burgundy leather tie that I ordered. I did receive the rich blue, brown ostrich, metallic lurex gray, and vintage Italian brown leather ties as ordered. I also received a gray leather tie that I did not order.

I've ordered around 10 different jackets from Leather Cult, and all of them have been outstanding quality. Highly recommended.

The reason I ended up taking the chance and ordering was because of how helpful they were. The coat was made exactly how I ordered it. Now that I've ordered one here's what I'd do differently: 1. "thick, washed and waxed", is indeed a THICK coat! Very substantial and heavy. I wasn't expecting that. I was thinking the coat would be good for spring but it's pretty much a winter coat now. 2. I had a hard time ordering from the tiny color squares. In the end I'm ok with the color I chose, but I prefer more rubbed or worn look and I got a very chocolate brown which looks quite fancy between the color and the waxed material. Again, not bad, just not what I was expecting. 3. It took me quite a while to get the measurements right and I still overestimated. I got the regular fit, and between that and slightly overestimating, my coat is a bit big. It sounds obvious now, but I wasn't sure how quite measure before.
All in all, my first attempt at a coat just means I'll have to wear it with a sweatshirt underneath in winter time. It's a super wel made coat! I have already placed another order for a different style coat making changes in material and measurements to hopefully get a lighter coat I can wear in the spring.

It is a huge disappointment, i was expecting to receive the perfect bike jacket. The whole jacket was so much smaller than i expected (requested tailer made), so many email going back and forth for the solution to resolve this but they kept arguing that that's the size i have requested. I even provided photos on the jacket with the actual measurement and they kept denying it was not their fault.
