Ordering was easy enough but the shipping experience was poor. Received multiple emails that suggested there was a problem, there wasn't because we got the item eventually without beefing to give our address info again. Just annoying

You will be required to sign up for paypal in order to pay. Then you will get endless emails from paypal for their services. You will not be able to simply pay using your credit card. Ordered a Leather jacket. Looks great, but fits just a little tight.

I was a disappointed that the wrinkles did not disappear after days of it being hanged. What do you suggest that I'd o for the wrinkles to come off from it being shipped and in the box for so many days.

I recently purchased a leather jacket from Leathercult.com, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the sizing chart on their website was inaccurate and led me to purchase the wrong size jacket. When I received the jacket, I was immediately disappointed to see that it was too small, despite ordering based on their sizing chart. This was frustrating and made me question the reliability of the company's information.

To make matters worse, I noticed a quality control issue with the jacket. One of the sleeves was visibly larger than the other, which was very noticeable and made the jacket look asymmetrical. This was a clear indication of a lack of attention to detail and quality control on the part of the company.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from Leathercult.com. The inaccurate sizing chart and the quality control issues with the jacket were major issues that made me question the reliability and trustworthiness of the company. I would not recommend purchasing from Leathercult.com based on my experience.

My first time using LeatherCult and very satisfied. I customized a shirt, shipping was on point and the shirt is Big steppa. So yes very satisfied.

I was pleased with communication during the priocess. Unfiortunately, the back of the jacket does not fit properly across the shoulder blades. Looks like a hunchback -- too much stiff leather, does not lay flat. Also styling details are pretty, but feel like a long wedge of cardboard has been sewn inside. Jacket definately does not feel like lambskin. I will be contacting customer service.
