ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Stay well away from this corrupt thieving company! They make money by making it so hard to cancel and then you will be given excuses like there is a system glitch - therefore the reason you have received another 'unordered' order and your bank charged. You request to be cancelled and they don't do this without double confirming? Even though you have stated you don't want anymore product. 7 times I was confirmed by my rep it was cancelled and it wasn't. You need to log on to receive emails - so they live off the fact that you haven't 'reconfirmed' - just a sneaky way of robbing you of a few extra months. It took me three months to cancel this product and I still am not 100% sure that this has happened. My bank is now involved. The product is absolute garbage - I actually put weight on. The added caffeine can assist with training. However, save your money and down another coffee. Customer beware!

The product itself works good, it gives me great energy, no caffeine let down and no jittery feeling. I don't pee bright yellow, which lets me know the vitamins are being absorbed by my body and not just flushed out. I did lose weight in the first 8 weeks, about 5 lbs, I have not continued to lose weight though. I'm 60 years old and in good health, I have noticed some relief in everyday pains and health issues (that come with age). My arthritis in my thumb seems less, as I said my energy is up, it seems to be having some slight cognitive effects on my memory and I'm sleeping much better. I don't feel or look 21 years old anymore and this vitamin system is not the fountain of youth. However, I do feel good and have less pain and more energy. I'm sure there are a lot of products out there that would do this, we all need vitamins. The bottom line is that this is a good product that meets my health needs.

I believe this might work for some people But not everyone. I tried it for 3 days (vitamin, shake, and patch) and I didn't feel energized, if anything I actually felt EXHAUSTED on the third day. It's been a long time since I've ever felt that tired. I have used a charcoal face mask from Level though and it was actually nice. Dried out my face a bit since I have very sensitive skin but it actually helped a lot with my black heads. It's the only face product I've used that's actually made a difference

I tried to like the Le-vel Thrive products (I tried the 8 week shake, patch, pill system as well as some of their other products.) because I saw people I know getting so pumped about them and making good money selling, so I thought " there must be something to this stuff!" That something is basically caffeine and some great vitamins that you can literally buy anywhere. The method to their madness is giving good money back to those who sell. People are nonstop pushing this stuff onto more and more people and are getting nice checks back from every sale - of course they push autoship on you and don't really discuss other options because then they are guaranteed to make more money off you! I went to one of the big Thrive rallies once when I thought I may be interested in selling too, but honestly it made my skin crawl. It is all about push, push, push to make more money; the focus is really not about health from what I could tell. Plus, I have friends who have experienced side effects from the products such as hemorrhoids, excessive heartburn, and even flare ups of digestive system problems but I when I asked about these, the promoter acted like that was absurd and couldn't possibly have been from the shake and excess vitamins, soy, and caffeine they had taken due to Le-vel Thrive. The system and those perky promoters with their lovely thrive patches are just darned good at convincing people that this stuff is great and they're laughing all the way to the bank while people take their caffeine vitamins and lose money unexpectedly.

I felt a difference in waking up with no pain in my lower back and having energy throughout the day with no crash in the afternoon and no coffee at all. I feel more focused too. Great stuff, defiantly worth the $5/day

Every vitamin, medication or food for that matter may not be for everyone. I LOVE THRIVE. I don't sell it. I did the whole system shake, patch and vitamins and did great for a long while until I got short of breath while going up 3 flights and then migraines that presented first with what looked like cracked glass ora that occluded my vision in the left eye before terrible migraines. I know this sounds confusing why a product I had issues with I still love. I stopped it all and then went back. I cut my patch in half, I don't do the shakes and I have my own vitamin regime and I have the most energy from just half a patch a day. I know its probably not the way they want you to take it but its how I benefit from Thrive to get me to the end of the work day to get kids to practice and dinner on the table to do it all again. So I Love it but my body just doesn't agree with all of the products. It doesn't mean they are crap or nothing or bad or to be taken off the market. I am just sensitive to certain ones. My close friend does the entire system she has Crohns disease it has saved her life. GI issues improved she absorbs nutrients & she has energy. So you be the judge.

Horrible Horrible web-site! Trying to order and it is horrible! You have to have a person to let you in... then when you finally get that part taken care of the web-site wont let you pay worked on it for 2 hours. I order on-line all of the time! ALL of my clothes and food. This is horrible!

I thought I would give this a chance so stupidly i did which I cannot regret this decision enough I feel like an absolute idiot! I ordered the patches, tablets and assorted shakes which cost me a total of £149.27, I received my products and was happy with them. A month later I received more products and was extremely confused as I never requested nor ordered more products, I contacted the representer who set my account up for me and she informed me that an Auto-ship was set up when I first brought from them. An auto-ship? I could not believe what she was telling me NOT ONCE when my account was set up was I told or was informed by this women or even by email that an auto-ship had been set up, I did not even receive an email when these other products was on their way to me so i only knew about them when they turned up on my doorstep. I tried contacting le-vel which turns out you can only do this through a bloody email which I found extremely weird, there is no number you can ring, so I contacted them and I sent my products back but I had to pay the £11 to get a tracking number and to send them back as if you don't get a tracking number they refuse to let you know when they've got the products and will not refund you! I then got refunded £127.30, wheres the rest of my money? They charge you a 10% re-stocking fee for sending products back, how is this fair? I never knew any of this and they're now refusing to refund my £11 for sending them back and my £22 I lost for re-funding them. I looked online to see if this has happened to anybody else and turns out loads and loads of people have complained about this so just be careful! They're making money by setting up an auto-ship so when you send them back they keep 10% off of every customer that send products back making a killing off of everybody else's dispense. I have also got in touch with the women who set up my account she hasn't even bothered to read my messages let alone reply and help me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Getting in touch with these people is a nitemare it's a ticket response that is set up so it's a bloody pain and you have to keep pestering them to hear anything back from them! If I could give them no stars I would.

Personally, I rarely need customer support for autoship or any other thing that deals with monthly purchases. Le-vel's business model is to rarely assist their routine business customers.

I have contacted their customer support multiple times now for almost the same issue.
Want to return some product that you didn't want but purchased on an autoship? TOO BAD.
If you do return it, not only do you pay for shipping, but you also pay a 10% restocking fee.
Want to cancel an autoship order? TOO BAD
If you try, they will tell you they have no way of stopping the shipping. (Ummm WHAT?)

Want to change your autoship date? You have preset dates, unless you want to delete the autoship (haven't figured out if that kills your track record or not for future rewards program) Sounds awesome, right? Not really.

Want free product, well it will be the average of the AUTOSHIP of TWO customers you sign up directly under you. If one purchases on $100 and the second does $300, your CREDITS will be $200. WHY? Who knows.

To set up such a business of monthly autoships, and to not have a fully staffed Customer Support department, seems shady.

My last item of concern is that they will arbitrarily use your credit card on file for autoshipments they move for their "Holiday" time off, WITHOUT your authorization. So, let's say you had autoship for the 5th of July, and they are taking the 4th and 5th off, they will send you an email telling you they are processing your payment on the 2nd. Let's say you didn't get the email, and were not expecting the processing. Whoops! There goes your 4th of July spending money cause they autoprocessed your card without your authorization on a day you didn't authorize.
Sound fun!?!

Didn't think so.

Stay away from this company!

Hi! First i wanna say that people that complain about the autoship here are just people that probably never used a computer because it takes no phone call or nothing to pause the autoship! In fact it takes about 28sec. So putting 1 star for that?

I used to be the worst skeptical EVER!
Until i became desperate enough to give it a try. By desperate i mean going against my beliefs and try it...
And oh my god my life changed so much!
It helps me in so many ways! Y focus is like never before! It helps so much my symptoms of adhd!
I have so much motivation to do ANYTHING!
It makes me feel like socializing and it's also easier for me to express my self and also let go!
Crazy right!
It changes lives for the best!

BUYER BEWARE

READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY.
A friend set up my account and she specifically said she did not set it on auto-ship. She told me to log in and pay, which I did. There was no mention of auto-ship at check out nor any emails indicating that the product would be auto-shipped. I used the product and it did nothing for me (worked well for my friend). Sure enough, they auto-ship. I refused delivery and I deleted my credit card information from my account. You can only contact support by logging in and emailing them through their site. Back and forth emails, in which whomever is writing back to me is saying that the sequence described above is impossible. She said that the system asks 3 times/check boxes confirming auto-ship, which it did not. This is why I use AMEX. I started a charge back (which the vendor is charged about 25-35 for) and hopefully they will resolve this for me.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER.

I had to give at least a 1 star because I couldn't leave a 0. Went to return a package I was not going to use & was automatically shipped to my place. The cost was $257 and I was only refunded (still waiting) $165 when the product is completely untouched and perfectly intact in the box still, unopened. HUGE scam. Beware of a terrible return policy - money grab. Also, the products are complete garbage and you can get this energy by eating properly & drinking water. What an absolute waste of money. Can't believe that they would not refund me - the package is not even opened. On top of the 257$ i paid, i'm now paying even more! Do not give this company any more money.

Changed My Life!

I was looking for energy, even went to see my doctor to help me. I had many discomforts as well so I basically worked my part time job and in between my jobs (aI am a caregiver), I would lay on the couch just to make it through the day. This was not living! While scrolling through Facebook, I saw a Live video of a lady that was on Thrive for about a 1 1/2 years and she talked about the energy that she got from this product along with some other great benefits. I reached out to her and she offered me a 5 day trial pack. On day 3, my life changed. I was singing in the shower, got up before my alarm clock and was ready to go! This hasn't happened for 27 years. I didn't feel this good for over 27 years.
I have been taking Thrive since September of 2018 daily and I can tell you that I have a different life. I rarely need naps, I have been able to get off some of my meds, working closely with my doctor and I am actually living and loving life. I haven't missed a day of taking Thrive. It has completely changed my life! Thank you for creating this amazing product!

I love thrive and im so much happier, more productive and motivated. I have stopped smoking, drinking coffee and hardly drink at all. People claim to have headaches etc yeah kits called detoxing all the sludge and crap that's been building in your body! You need to give it 8 weeks as well. That's why it's called 8 week experience! And you can never please anybody in anything so yeah listen to reviews, but don't ignore all the good reviews because there's loads!

I have never used this product. My brother's wife sold it. He was hospitalized in 2016 with a gastrointestinal bleed. He was a heart patient with atrial fibrillation, who was on a blood thinner. While he was in the hospital he asked the doctors if he could used the thrive supplements. Without looking at what was in them, the doctors said it was fine for him to use them. He was in the hospital for several weeks and ended up with a pacemaker. He went home and continued to use thrive. The doctors had a very difficult time controlling his blood clotting factors. This went on for months. He passed away in 2017 of sepsis after a routine surgical procedure. He definitely was not a candidate to take thrive with his health issues. And his doctors did not help the situation by not reviewing what was in these supplements. I have worked in healthcare and I know that on admission, the staff is required to put all meds and supplements the patient is taking, into the electronic medical record. The herbal supplements in thrive should have put into that record. Since this is a MLM company and it takes some research to find out what these supplements are and their effects in the body, this is dangerous for people with serious health problems. My brother already had a serious heart arrhythmia and high blood pressure, before taking thrive. There are lots of comments on here from people who ended up in the ER with massive high blood pressure and other issues. This is what happens when people sell MLM products out of their home to friends and relatives, without having a clue what is in them or what effects they have on the body. Let the buyer beware.

Please pay attention to the reviews. I wish I had. I was skeptical and did read the reviews but also read a friend's review that was positive. What worried me were the customer service issues. I figured well if it does not work I can get a refund in 30 days. That's where a HUGE problem comes in. If you do try it (and I recommend you don't as they are glorified vitamins and caffeine and nothing more and the patches leave a horrible sticky film), make sure you refund well before the 30 days and document every little thing and get a tracking number, etc (shipping cost is your expense, too). They will acknowledge they received only if there is proof like this in their worthless customer "ticket" service but be prepared as you will have to bug them over and over and over and over again to actually get the money. It's unbelievable. Then when they do submit a refund they take out "restocking fees" and inform you it could take "14 business days" to appear in your bank. Hmmmm... I ended up having to do a chargeback. Several weeks later the refund is still not there. I read where this has happened to some other people recently, too. And no one will help you. You will get canned responses. No number to call. Nothing. Please think about this and just buy some good vitamins over the counter or something and save money and drama.

Doesn't work does not reduce appetite at all The package gives you some energy the vitamins are pretty good especially the men's vitamins but it's way overpriced for the vitamin

I have been trying for over two months to get Le Vel to cancel my auto-shipments and provide me with a return authorization for two months of product I do not want. Their process is not customer friendly - forget getting someone on the phone. That is not part of their process. Exchanging emails with them has gotten me nowhere. I discovered that they have the wrong email address associated with my account. Despite this, they continue to direct me to sign-in to their website (robot replies); but this is impossible as they have the wrong email associated with my account! It is a reasonable expectation for a company to be responsive and provide a return authorization and cancel my account as requested. To date, I have been unable to get them to do so. I have directed my bank not to accept further charges to my credit card from them, and have complained to the Better Business Bureau. Caveat emptor! You've been warned.
