Absolutely terrible! Ordered multi purpose paper and was sent card stock. They refused to pay for me to return it and was simply given an address. A lame excuse for customer service. And then the 'new' ink cartridge was shown as half full by my printer immediately after installing. THESE FOLKS ARE TERRIBLE! AVOID THEM!
I have been buying their ink since January 2007 (it is now Sept 2019). Shipments are always quick and accurate. The ink performs perfectly. I have had three Canon printers since I started using them. The only time I emailed they responded the same day. However, unless you have a sale coupon, the ink is always less money buying from them via Ebay. I have told others about LDproducts and all of their orders have been perfect. One of them is a business and uses a lot of ink. People tend to complain online when things are bad, but not when their experience is good. I suspect that their are many more 5 star customers who do not post their experience on the web.

I too have been a long term customer (about 10yrs) and have decided to find another option. I have a new printer (1 yr) and EVERY SINGLE TONER cartridge they have sent me is bad. It is quite an investment, even at a discount to buy 5 cartridges (I have a color printer so it has to have 5 in at all times) only to find that it spews toner all over my copies as well as black streaks. Several months ago I spent quit a bit of time on the phone with them and I knew they kind of doubted me because the 2nd girl gave me a hard time about getting the replacements, but they finally sent me all 5 new ones. I put them in and at first it was fine, but now the problems are all back. Both the people at LP as well as the Canon help people acknowledged that this is a toner problem but now I am in a position to have to call and grovel for new ones (which they are unlikely to provide and I don't want to go through all that again and be made to feel like a petty theif) so I'll just have tot go elsewhere and buy 5 new cartridges. Keep in mind that NONE of mine are anywhere near empty and I rarely use the color option so I am totally wasting my money. I've come to the conclusion that this just isn't worth the aggravation and any "savings" is now cancelled out by having to buy all new cartridges. I am now an EX-customer because their products are just not reliable.

I am a repeat customer who has bought toner cartridges from LD products since 2016. I allowed them to send marketing emails for the small discounts they offered.
They sent me one of their emails proclaiming a great savings over a special time-limited Labor Day sale. I took them at their word and bought two 85A equivalent cartridges and thought I saved about 5 bucks on the deal.
After ordering I went to Amazon and saw that LD Products has a storefront there, too. In fact, LD 2-pack toner cartridges cost substantially less than what I paid as a sales price about $12 less. I immediately canceled the order.
They treated me worse than a new customer. LD Products declines to explain their pricing to me when I canceled. Their actions are underhanded and deceptive.
Bad business scamming their innocent customers. LD Products sucks.

They don't honour their refunds on ink that don't work all the time.
I was buying ink and returning in bulk to avoid the hassle of returning one by one, and they would not honour more than one. Plus their salespeople keep pushing you to buy more or buy in bulk.

I give LD Inkjets 5 stars. It has been nearly twenty years that I have been getting my ink from LD. Yes, there have been a few problems, but LD has come through 100% of the time. Don't Bother. I bought a printer in part based on LD saying they had a cheaper cartridge that works. Clearly they had never tested their cartridge in the HP Printer they sold it for. Such a simple and logical step?

Brand new printer HP laser jet 15 W and this was my first replacement cartridge and what a mistake. The cartridge doesn't work and I can't even get a response from them. Lesson learned. When you deal with second rate outfits you get less than second rate results. I would NEVER recommend or do business with them again.

I purchased a number of this cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro printer because they were cheaper and have had nothing put trouble. It has damaged the printheads and now even with quality HP ink cartridges the printer is malfunctioning. DO NOT BUY these products. You will pay dearly in the end.

This is the second printer their cartridges have ruined. I have tried for weeks via email to get a response. They do not respond. Their cartridges ruined by 4-month old Epson printer & I had to buy another one as Epson said it was their ink cartridges. Now my Canon printer has been ruined. The printer does not recognize them & they are the correct ones. I suspect their manufacturer has changed or gone downhill. I will never order from this company again.

I have a Canon MX410 printer which does not, as a rule, like generic ink. LD Products fooled it! It's printing as if it was Canon ink which is almost twice the price. I've found my forever ink supplier. Thank you!

I bought several LD ink cartridges because they were less expensive than the HP cartridges that I had been using. You get what you pay for certainly applies here. I ended up throwing them away because I couldn't get a high quality (without smudges and blurring) copy ever. They didn't even work once. Stay away from these products.

Placed the first order through "4INKJETS". I believe it is another storefront for the same shady outfit. Order came in and it was the wrong toner cartridges. I called and said that they were incorrect and they blamed me for not picking the correct cartridge but their website is what matched the cartridge to my printer. They will not refund me for the open cartridge that I tried to fit into my printer.
Placed a second order and when they came in as the correct part number they will not run in my printer. What a joke. They sent me 2 more to try. No luck with them either. I was told to recycle the cartridges and they will refund me for them.
10 days later I still don't have a refund.
Six cartridges in to this mess and I have nothing that works or money back.

LD offers 100% guarantee. That's not true. They sent the wrong Item, I opened the box and installed the cartridge in my printers since I though it was the one I ordered. It didn't work, I called and they said because I opened it, I cannot return it. I had to order and pay for the "right one" again and they promised to ship it priority, since I was already with no ink for my work... They promised that I would receive it in two days. Several days passed, and I got it in 10 Days. I have been a client for some years and they sent defective ink that I had to return before. It is a waste of time. No more order from LD.

Ordered ink and was sent the wrong ink--printer would not work, but because I had taken it out of the sealed foil, they would not take back the ink and replace it with the correct number. EVERYONE I know will hear about this--I vote with my mouth and with my money--never again! I can't believe they would give up a customer for life over a $20 profit. I have used this product and recommended LD to my friends but never again! I ordered some product it was shipped USPS with tracking. The tracking showed it delivered but I never recieved the product. I emailed and called customer service. The customer service agent while polite was unrealistic. Instead of addressing the issue she suggested that I contact my neighbors. If my neighbors had recieved it i would have it! When i did not agree she disconnected the phone call. I made a second call to speak with a supervisor who said they were not at fault and did not hang up on me. I finally got him to agree to refund my money. I have not received the money and have alerted my bank for assistance. LD Ink Cartridges has lost my business. You can have a great product but when your customer service is rediculous it just turns people off!

Tracking looked promising until USPS reported "no access to facility". LD Products traced the problem to a missing digit on their address label, but USPS would not allow a change so the item must return to LD Products warehouse before any other action can be completed. I am to watch the status of my order and let them know when it is checked back in. Meanwhile, no refund and no replacement is possible. A reputable company would send a replacement ASAP rather than saddle the customer with the consequences of their mistake. It's been 8 days now with nothing more than apologies from what sound a lot like robots with female names.
UPDATE: Item reported by USPS to be back at their warehouse 2 weeks after placing order. They did refund my entire cost two days later. This was our fourth order from LD Products with only one minor problem in the past. There is no excuse for the way they handled this last one.
