It's helping my memory and energy. I am 71 years old and I need all the I can get. I have tried a lot of supplements over the years but this one seems to help a lot with symptoms of aging.
I'm 70 going on 71 and have been utilizing the LCR products for a little over two years and am dedicated to the consistent use of these products. I use Active Stem and Active PK, plus one other LCR supplement. They fit perfectly with the other vitamins and minerals that I take on a daily basis.
