Active-PK has had an effect that I didn't expect. I bought the product to lose weight, but I was already loosing weight, because I was nervous to eat, because every time I ate, I would have to ran to the bathroom after 30 min, and it caused me to loose weight because I wasn't eating... But when I started taking Active - PK it helped my constitution and brought me back to normal... how do I know it was Active - PK? I stopped taking the pills, and my bathroom trips returned, I started taking Active -PK again and I returned back to my regular constitution again. I have lost some weight, but for me it was become "regular" again without the fear of eating and not being near a bathroom! This is the main reason I will continue taking Active - PK.

I am just starting my third bottle and people around me have noticed the change in my body more than I have. I have noticed the change in my belly, but I feel it has been more of an overall loss. It is a gradual loss, and I am happy to see results as soon as I have. I do not know how much weight I have lost because I have previously worked out and my number on the scale did not change much. I'm saying all of this to say, that I will buy another three bottles. The only reason I am not giving this product 5 stars is because I wish it worked a little more in flattening my belly.

I've tried numerous products to help with my overall health and metabolism. Losing weight was part of my concern as the little belly was starting to arrive at age 48. In 6 weeks I have felt better and more energetic and have lost about 16 lbs! I haven't really changed much in my daily routine but when I wake up I immediately take the Active PK and go about my day. I don't have the weird hungers and can go with breakfast and then dinner without having to each lunch. I'm really impressed and think I'll hit my weight goal of 175 really soon. I went down from 196 to 181 already.

Since I had been using the product, I feel better daily. I truly believe it is the reason and will continue. I have better days and nights. Physically more active, alert, and clear minded. Continued use appeals to me and a better lifestyle seems possible. My digestive system seems better and my body function too. More energy to do daily task and be out of bed, whereas, before I never really got out of bed. Traveled out of state for 8 days and felt great everyday and active. Thank you for your help!

I purchased Active-PK exactly one month ago today. I have been taking it as recommended and On the first couple of days, I really felt that I could feel myself losing weight and I didn't have much of an appetite. In the past month, I have lost about 4 pounds, as of today. However, I believe that the loss of weight was only noticeable every few days after I was able to have a satisfactory bowel movement. I am continuously having problems with that and I don't know where to go from here. I will continue to take it hoping to see more improvement this next month. I take quite a bit of medicine and there is perhaps some negative interaction with the results of the -PK.

Life changes have allowed me to improve focus on my health. My top priority was to reduce my 'beer belly'. I was very athletic at one time, so I have the muscular assets to burn the fat. The only area my body stores significant fat is internal... I am happy to say I have lost 10 pounds so far after a few months without a huge increase in excersize. LCR ACTIVE-PK has helped target my fat stores, and provides me sustained energy to go for a bike ride or hike in the afternoons when the workday is over.
