This is my first time to order a prpduct online and yet the product is not good it turned out that its very different from what ive ordered; imean the brand is different; the whole guitar has major scratches on it and the color is the cheaper version of whaats in the pic,, yes the shipping is very fast but ill never trust this company agaon

This was the second time I ordered from Lazada, my first order was delivered immediately after I decided to cancel it, for I changed my mind and shall order another item. BUT, when I clicked "cancel order", I immediately received an e-mail, that Lazada will inform me once the item is shipped (this is their style to avoid cancelling your order), so I just accepted it and paid for it on the same day, since the delivery man was on his way (ang bilis, mas mabilis pa sa pag-click ko sa items. Haha) So, this will be the second time, I ordered again, for my sister's baby ng item, and I wanted to cancel it because my sister ordered exactly the same item from Lazada, but the email won't get responded. I just hope that when we click "cancel order", the response and approval process will be FASTER like your DELIVERY. We're honest buyers, it's just that we often change our minds for better preferences. Thank you.

Ordered/bought laptop with keyboard and paid in cash Ps10,700 but incomplete item when it was delivered. Item was returned last Dec 21, UNTIL NOW is STILL ON PROCESS pa din, NO ONE will update you nor call you! Someone from the management team named Chris called me and said that he will escalate my case but unfortunately he didnt come back to me. If u call their number, iba iba sinasabi nila, mga sinungaling. This was their mistake and not mine and am the one suffering, they have my money, they have the items and they are not doing anything. Super pissed of with this company, once they get your money, they dont care anymore!
Running to 2months na and wala parin ung items and no update from them.

This is the first and last time I'll order from this company. It was OK at first, they updated me with my order status. Then I received a text, earlier this morning telling me my order will be delivered today. I waited the whole day, then come evening I received another text saying they're unable to deliver it because they can't reach me. I was at home the whole time, my phone fully charge, and main doors open. Bunch of liers. Wasted my time. I should have not ordered.

God knows what you do for the people who trust in your company.Be fair as we not pick our money anywher we paid our items that we purchase yet you deliverd defective items now you even not contact us for replacement or refund even after emailing you ans sending it back to you. Worst online selling company. This amazon wanna-be is the worst. 1.5 months to deliver items to Makati! I had to follow up more than 15x! Bought items for christmas gifts early Nov. Arrived Jan. Diapers ordered waited a month then for no reason it was cancelled.
Tikoy for CNY ordered Jan and up to now (CNY tom) still has not been delivered. I wanted the convenience of ordering online just like the states even though their tikes is more expensive but this company has terrible delivery service and CS that lies all the time (promised delivery latest yesterday). Now its too late for me to order tikes from someone else!
Air Fryer I ordered arrived but in a different color and with scratches inside! Complained to CS and was told to return. I asked if they could just pick it up since their courier is delivering something and they said they cannot. Its just too much of a hassle to have to drive to LBC and return the thing which is heavy!
The amount of time I wasted calling their CS and dealing with their horrible delivery issues is more than the time I would have consumed just buying the items through a brick and mortar store.

I ordered an irig voice microphone using my lazada app. It said that it was in stock. After i place the order, i waited patiently for it to arrive. I was not able to check my email but when i did, it said that i was cancelled due to it being out of stock. But a package arrived and it was labeled as the irig microphone but the content of the package as 2 shoeracks! How the heck did that happen? Im not sure what kind for brains their quality control has but a lot of them are slacking off or just plain dumb. It was a shame that i didnt receive the package personality. Our househelp received it and paid it. Now, i have to wait for them to refund the money. It took a while for me to wait for the package and now im going to wait again for my money wc i paid for an item i never ordered. That was my first and that's going to be the last that i will order from lazada ph. I hope someone from lazada reads this and does something about it so that this will not happen to the other would be consumers. But i will never recommend anyone i know to buy from lazada. Never...

Q: I've received the item that I ordered last February 2,2016, the Unic RD-805 Mini LED 800 Lumens Projector (Black) with Order Number: ******* and Return Number: RN**************. Unfortunately, the item didn't meet my expectation. The projector's lens won't focus. I followed the instruction manual very careful but I wasn't able to make it work. There must be a factory defect of some sort whatsoever. So, that same day I decided to go to LBC and return the item. I am hoping to get a refund for the item, or if that won't do, a replacement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.

I ordered Asus Laptop last june 2015 with order number *******. I noticed some malfunction when I used the item but I ignored it since I badly need the item. After few weeks of using it the item always autho shutdown. I called LAZADA and inform me to bring in Gigahertz service center but gigahertz refuse to accept since it is not their item. Parang gago lng yong CSR na nakausap ko. I called again, and they advice me to return the item last September. I regularly followed my item and until now February 2,2016, nothings happen. Ang sabi dadalhin pa sa service center.

Fake perfume

I actually doubted purchasing from lazada again after I ordered a air humidifier thats dirty. &with traces of rat infestation. Also it says that it came with a free water based frgrance wc was not included in the delivery. After sometime I decided to buy frm lazada again. Boy I was wrong. This time I bought Banana Republic W perfume... it smell awfully bad. Nowhere nere the real thing... frustrating... I want to return the item n claim refund but reviews I read says its useless..

NEVER AGAIN!

24/12/15 - Order *******

Ordered a fisherprice baby bouncer for my daughter last dec 24, it was supposed to be delivered january 3-5. Finally emailed lazada to check on january 8th, all they can come up with is that january 3-5 is for early delivery, im supposed to get my item on the 13th pa daw. If you put in, delivery date as 3-5 then that means that the earliest i would get item is on the 3rd and the latest is on the 5th, otherwise, why would you put as it is at all?

The order arrived on the 11th. What's worse is that the item looked like it was used as a mall/store display, scratches were visible and stickers were already in place. If i had known that i have been waiting for a USED ITEM for 18 days then i would have just gotten something overseas.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
