Huwag po kayong bibili ng items from Lazada napakainconvenient at inefficient niya po ilang beses kong inedit yung address ko dahil puro yun yong problema nila pero ni isa wala akong natanggap at puro cancellations ang nangyari, dahil siguro sa fact na magbabayad ako through cash on delivery. Sana kung ayaw nila ng cash on delivery alisin na sa options ng bayaran or better isara niyo na lang site niyo wala namang napapala yung mga customer sa inyo.

Naintindihan po namin ang opinion nyo, Joaquin. However, please be reminded na marami pong reasons kung bakit naka-cancel ang isang order. These are: kung ang item ay na-out of stock during the process, kung failed delivery (as per courier) at kung wrong pricing. Hindi naman po maka-cancel ang isang order dahil sa pinili nyong payment method. May maitutulong pa po ba kami? Let us know..

Stop assuring your customer that their items are already for delivery when infact, no feedbacks were being sent other than "on the way na po yung item". Been waiting for 3 days now, no calls from LEX (courier) puro kayo email ng cannot find address! Para que pa at nagbigay kami ng phone number? Try nyo kaya mag google maps or waze ano? Stupidity at its finest LAZADA! Never again...

I ordered a product sa Lazada last Feb 11. I thought mas okay so I paid by debit card. Big mistake kasi almost 12days na pero wala parin. I think wala nang pakialam ang Lazada team since bayad na yung item. Baka kung cash on delivery eh nag effort mn lng siguro sila to deliver my item. Now I am left here wondering kung darating pa ba ang whey protein ko which is quiteexpensive. Goddammit Lazada. Hindi na kayo makakaulit sakin pag nagkataon.

I have this order # ******* which I requested a refund dahil yung item is not functioning as expected based on the writen features. This was last Dec 2015 and until now I have not heard anything but a freakin promise that it will be reviewed but until now i have not heard anything from them. Ang nakaakinis pa iba iba ang nahawak ng case at copy paste lang ang mga sinasagot nila. RETURN MY MONEY OR I'll sue your company for being fraud in your advertisements and promises. This is causing me Money and my money needs to be returned with full interests plus my expenses and time waste in your very slow investigation and response. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!

There should be a zero rating... Matagal nako nag order ng putang inang washing machine. Feb 7th ko inorder anong petsa na? Wala pa rin. Naka ilang tawag nko sa hotline nila puro na lang on on delivery lang. Kung ako sa inyo wag na kayo mag Lazada puputi buhok niyo kaka antay. Di ako mahilig mag mura pero Putang ina.
