I was looking at the Law Depot site and apparently signed up for a free trial when I was just looking to get a single document. Next thing I know, I'm charged $50 for a monthly subscription. I called immediately to explain that I will not be using the service - at all! I asked for a refund and they refused! They said this is their business model. Why would they want to take my hard earned $50 even knowing that I will not use their service? I guess they need this business model to stay in business. That tells me a lot about this company! They are unable to afford to refund my money even though they know I was tricked into a subscription and will not use the service? This isn't the kind of company I want to work with!
