The good news is, you don’t have to start from scratch each time. You can duplicate the original contract and then edit only the details that have changed by revisiting the questionnaire. Most of the original information—like tenant names and general terms—will stay in place, so you’ll only need to update things like the property address, rent amount, or lease dates.
This should help save time and make renewals or similar leases much more efficient.
