I paid £35 for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement which stated five year access, I had assumed that the documentation that went with that AST ie the Notice would be included in that £35. I think it is misleading. I have just paid a further £19

As you mentioned, you only purchased an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for a 5 Year Access. A Lease Notice is a different document from that. We suggest you review your receipt.

Basic: The Basic option offers full access to a single document for a specific time. The price ranges from 7.50 GBP to 52.00 GBP per document, depending on the specific document and the duration of access. Please note that the pricing may vary based on the document you choose.
Free 7-day Trial: The trial option provides free access to all documents for one week. After the trial period, there is a cost of 33.00 GBP per month if you decide to continue using the service. You can cancel online anytime during your 1-week free trial and will not be charged.
Based on your records, you selected the BASIC. That is not the Free Trial for one week which we offer as free on our site. If you need more clarification regarding the service you selected, please contact Customer Support at 0800 014 8912Mon-Fri 1 pm - 10 pm.

OK - I think it's a little "tricky" to state there is a subscription required at the end of the process... it says free on the initial part of the process.
It would be good to have a little more information about what each section should say - I think I have repeated myself
