Allow the option to add sub clauses once basic agreement is done e.g allow to add bank details where tenancy must be paid. Avoids possible future issues

The question template is intended to accommodate the majority of end users and to give them the flexibility to create a document that will work for them.
You have the option to edit the documents through the editor. However, once you have manually edited a document, you are fully responsible for its legality.
