I filled in the form successfully but noticed a mistake and wanted to go back to correct it but I couldn't find a way of going back to the section with a mistake. Had to start the process all over again. All good apart from that.

You can take the steps below to make a change to a document:
- Sign in to your LawDepot (https://www.lawdepot.com/) account
- Hover over your email address at the top right-hand side of the page.
- Click on "My Documents" from the drop down menu.
- Locate the document you want to access and click on its name to open the file.
- Click on Change Answers
- Go through the questionnaire to look for the information you want to change or edit by clicking Save & Continue.

Very friendly to handle. Some contradictions within my filling document prior to see the actual contract (pets for example) but corrected later specifying MY requests. So ok

Wasn't able to pay for the document license using my credit or debit card. I was told by the help desk that it was due to a block on international payments and to release it via my credit card company. So I rang them and they said there was no block on the card. I eventually paid using paypal but have wasted nearly an hour doing all this, hence the poor rating.
Fantastic website helps with all my contracts. Very simple to use

Delay in payment going through with no advisory notes or explanation other than an error!
This should be straight forward, It took 4 attempts, and email to an from to pissing around with passwords.Rubbish
