As soon as money received the website stopped working and I have no access to the document I paid for

Our website works just fine. If you have made a payment through PayPal, the transaction did not go through as they are currently having billing issues. You can try using a regular credit card to access the service on our site.

We are sorry to hear that. An error message can occur for the following reasons:
- We do not accept Debit cards, Discover cards or gift cards/prepaid cards.
- Your financial institution has issued an International Purchase hold. You would have to contact your bank to temporarily remove the hold.
Please use a different card or PayPal to process your order. We also suggest you create an account so you won't lose your document.

Hi Had problems paying for this invoice with my credit card. So I payed PayPal with the same credit card and the payment then was approved by my bank. Weird!

We are sorry to hear that. Please know that we don't take Discover cards. If that is what you used, then that would be the reason why it was not approved. Also, your financial institution may have issued an International Purchase hold. You would have to contact your bank to temporarily remove the hold. We are glad it worked with PayPal.

Confusing over £52 subscription as to whether it coves all docs in my account not just Last will

Your receipt information shows £52 for a 10 Year Access for the Last Will and Testament. This allows you to create, edit, print and download your Last Will and Testament for 10 Years and would automatically expire after 10 Years.
