Started a trial and later same day saw renewal price of $99! Immediately tried canceling to ZERO response! It's been 5 days since downloading AND STILL no response. I'm going to have to cancel accounts to prevent charges no! Scam... stay away!

Lasta has a non existing customer service. They don't respond to your requests. I wanted to cancel my subscription but instead they charged me a 3 month fee which I didn't want. This has happened to many people. Stay away from this app.

I thought I was paying less than $30 after the discount for 3 months. I was charged $78.15! I'm upset that the price changed and want a refund.

Within 1 day, Lasta responded to my issue and resolved the matter. I appreciate their responsiveness and proactiveness.

Very poor, takes advantage of people. Took double the subscription amount offered from my account and will not answer support! Do not use!, I'm extremely disappointed and can't get any help to remove the unauthorized charges.

I have written several emails, the app won't let you cancel and there is no on phone support even tho they have a number. This is a scam, I want my account cancelled and not charged for the subscription after the trial but I doubt they will honor that. Don't bother with this app please

I started the process of signing up for this app in December and then did not complete the process once it asked me to add additional guides to my order. I have never signed in to the App, assuming that I did not complete the sign up. After looking at my checking account they processed 2 different payments the day I started to sign up and then continued charging my card every month after. Their website says they will get back to you in 2-3 days, but it took them almost 2 weeks and an additional charge on my card before they responded to my request for a refund. They are stating they have canceled my subscription, and that I will NOT get a refund after charging me $241.25 after the last couple of months. They are offering me a free 3 month extension or complimentary access to exclusive guides. Ridiculous

From the beginning, the app presented it's self with a really user-friendly interface easy to navigate. All it's features are working perfectly, there are so many workout and meal suggestions that, from a medical perspective, are just incredible! I don't know how this app managed to get my attention, but I thank god for it because it has helped me so much in such little time!

The lasta app is everything you need in a fitness and calorie tracking app. The app is has a really ingenious all-in-one calorie tracker and articles about what foods you would need to eat to stay with you calorie requirements. It also a great user interface and runs really smoothly. I was especially impressed with the fasting tracker with allows you intermittent fast and track your water goals. Like I said before Lasta truly wraps up all the features you would need to loose weight, stay fit, or count your calories.

Lasta has honestly been a game-changer for my busy schedule. I had a bunch of apps going at once trying to log my calories, fasting, and workouts.

I was able to combine all of these into one with Lasta. It was just what I was looking for with my crazy schedule.

I can easily stay on top of my food and water intake, which I have not been able to do before.

What I loved:

- Super easy navigation and tracking tools, easy to use which means I can stick to my goals. I was able to log all of my progress, even though I work 2 jobs.

- TONS of expert-guided information to motivate you to stay on track. Loved that I could learn about what breaks a fast while logging my fasting hours

- The fasting tracker has milestones that show you what benefits you are getting in real-time.

- Amazing variety of workouts, from chair yoga to challenging HIIT. I was able to get activity in even on the days that I felt tired.

- Helpful data tracking. I can see my charted progress. As a healthcare professional, I find this handy. I can potentially show my doctor the progress and have a saved history of my health information.

- The food menus took all the guesswork out of deciding what I needed to eat. I used to be so overwhelmed and tired after work that I would hit up take-out. This app helps take the guesswork out.

- You can get in touch with a mentor who provides tailored plans if you have any questions.

My favourite thing: Everything is in the app. I don't have to spend more time and energy with several different apps and googling info.

I downloaded the app to check it out. After looking at the app I was not interested. I did not purchase or authorize the app to withdrawal from my account. And they did for 3 months and sent emails that looked like junk mail, so they can say they notified you. I didn't even use the app. They took $130.61 from me and is not giving back. Don't download the app they'll charge you. I feel this company may be fraud.

DO NOT USE! I bought the 3 month app and was charged for it and never even got the email to get into the app. Also got roped into buying some $50 cookbook I have yet to even get an email on. Reached out to customer services with the same response of not willing to refund because I have access to secret information even though I have never even logged into the app. Takes days to get a response and is like pulling teeth to cancel the membership. Whole thing is a scam. BUYER BEWARE!

I've been charged the $99 rate after signing up for the 7 day trial and I have been unable to cancel my subscription through the app. The day I was charged, 3/23/24, I never received an email of the charge with an order number. I've tried calling and opening a support ticket but due to all of the bad reviews related to not bring able to cancel, I'm getting worried that they will continue charging my card. Very untrustworthy.

Signing up with Lasta is the worst mistake I've made all year. I actually feel like crying. This is why it's so important to read multiple reviews from different sites before purchasing from scammers online. Lasta fasting app charged me 3 times. A total of $92.64 in the space of 3 days and there supposed to be an upcoming payment for $154.99 coming up at the end of my "7 day trial" in 3 days. How ridiculous! I requested a cancellation and refund they moment I completed my sign up because I I saw there was no iption to cancel yourself in app which is always a bad sign.

You can't cancel from the app, you have to send an email and it takes days to hear back. I haven't heard back at all and in that time I was charged the 3rd and highest amount of $77.7 for upsell book. After I signed up for the trial they offered me 96% off for my first month subscription but that ended up being a lie. And a new subscription that renewed 3 days after! Screenshots below. It's unbelievable.

They're like a PYRAMID scheme! I just wish I never gave them a chance. This is so much money I don't have to waste and they don't even have a toll free number to call. Stay away if you can. Do not trust them!

As someone who is passionate about fitness and my general health, Lasta ticks all the boxes I would want in a fitness tracking app. It allows you to track fasts, keeping you consistent, which I think is the main problem people have when fasting. I have also seen my meals have more variation whilst still being healthy because of the daily recipe story, and calorie tracking feature. I'd used other tracking apps in the past and I wished they'd had a mood tracking feature like the one in Lasta which allows you to keep on top of your mental as well as physical health. Lasta has all the features of the other conventional tracking apps but more, would recommend.
