Fraud and Scam

LaserShip steals all your packages. Stop ordering from fashion nova. LaserShip delivers for Fashion Nova so once you order from them you will not get your package and when I tried to contact them they told me I'm not getting a refund. I have cameras all around my house I also have a delivery box next to my front door. My camera never showed anyone coming in my yard on the day the package was delivered. Everyone was home, the door bell never rang. This company have all thieves for employees. Something has to be done to stop them. I lost $93.96 in merchandise. Please can the BBB stop them or investigate this company. HELP.

Horrible service.

This company has repeatedly either not delivered &/or lied about the non/mis-delivery of my Amazon packages. I've had to have Amazon flag them as not to be used for me in the future.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE

This is the worst delivery company ever. I wonder if the CEO or manager of that company do read reviews from customers at all. I blame Forever 21 for handing over my package to such a useless delivery service.

My package hasn't moved in over a week. When I try to call I am offered to hold to speak to a representative then that option is taken away due to wait times. I submitted an inquiry on their website with my tracking ID and have still not received a response in over 4 days. Several times my estimated arrival date has changed and each time the day comes and goes with no package. How is this company still afloat with service like this?

I placed an order with Macy's on 11/10/21. Today is 11/22/21 and still no order. It is impossible to speak to anyone and the website provides no help.

Never use this company. Paid extra to have a pa kale delivered on my child's birthday. Never showed up now a week later they found my package. NOW they say they made an attempt to delive but I sat outside all day waiting no one ever came. Received and text mesg at 130am asking for more info to deliver. Gave more I do and now they are saying 2 more days to deliver. Never again

They steal!

Ive been waiting on my packages for three days now and then when i reached out to the merchant they marked it as delivered when i was home allday and not one knock at the door not a car or anything pulled up to my house the box is big to fit in a mailbox. They are the worst company EVER! Need to be put out of business and their employees are the $#*!ing worst as well. What you have a job for if you have to steal and if you not getting paid enough then get another one.

Never deliver items

They lost my order from JCPenney and my order from fat fit fun. I highly recommend businesses quit using them because they never deliver. I will no longer shop with companies that use Lasership.

LASERSHIP doesn't care where they leave your package. In spite of delivery sign on front door.
I have found packages on top step. Bottom step and in driveway, BUT NEVER AT MY BACK DOOR where the instructions are clearly posted on front door.
My packages are in view of street traffic and walking traffic at my front door.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I ordered from Children's Place, after 3 weeks trying to get my delivery, and going back and forth between Children's Place, I was told they can't find my shipment. The status updates kept telling me it was in my town weeks ago. I was making payments on a order I never received. Finally they said they couldn't find it. Then I canceled my order and made a new order at JCPenneys - and you guessed it, they shipped it via LaserShip! Now same exact problem. My shipment is lost in space. No updates, company unhelpful. Because of my experience, I will never order from Children's Place or JCpenney until they stop using this company. And moreso I will verify before making online purchase that it will not come LaserShip.

Company message out for delivery but never arrives. Says attempted but we are always home. No attempts made. Says need more info but info provided with no result. Calls made to correct the situation but you can never talk to a human. Terrible customer service.

Worst service ever
November 20, 2021

Bought a pair of Nike sneakers, they sent me the package with Lasership, it's been 2 attempts of delivery with me being home all day, still don't have the shoes, wrote Lasership twice and both times they said that my address was incomplete (I checked and it was perfect), called a third time and still didn't have my full info logged in. How many more days I have to wait?

I work from home, and we have a doorbell camera. My package was marked as "delivered;" however, I never received a package. Like others, It took them one minute to process my order and one minute to deliver it. I find this highly unlikely, and I have no idea what happened to my package. To make matters worse, I completed an inquiry form on their website yesterday, and it's already been marked as resolved. I'm not sure how it's been resolved when I haven't received anything other than an automated email response and I still have no package. I tried to call their customer service department this morning, and it said "wait times are longer than usual." Then it gave me their automated message to complete an inquiry form (which I already did last night). I decided to call Victoria's Secret and cancel my order (they were really great about refunding my money and canceling my order... unlike Laser Ship). This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and I have never had this much trouble with receiving one of my online orders. I will never personally use this company, and I will never order from a company that uses them to deliver their online orders. It was such a hassle for a pair of sweat pants :)

I have no idea why companies are using lasership... they really make the companies look bad
Two packages from fanatic, who I have never had a problem with before they started using lasership, are now some where in the transit while my package tracking has an estimated delivery date of a week ago!
Lasership customer service is the worst! They literally have no answers for you.
THIS SHIPPING COMPANY IS STR8 GARBAGE!

The delivery driver had their 12-14 year old son walk down our long driveway at 1am to deliver a package from Nike. We have Ring cameras going off and get woken up, all we see is a tall person in a sweatsuit with their hood up come walking down and up the stairs to our house. We heard a slam and thought they were attempting to break in. I only realized it was a kid when I heard them speak through the camera. So many things wrong with this situation. Who has their school age child out working at 1am? On a school night too. And who sends their child alone down a dark driveway to a house tucked back in the woods to deliver something at 1am? Do you care for your child's safety at all? And since when do people make deliveries at 1am in general? I don't understand why places like Nike and other big brands are using shipping services like this. Not a good look.

Package Not Delivered

I am not sure why companies are using Lasership now because they are the worse. This is the fifth time that they failed to delivered my packages and claimed that they did. I have a feeling that the company hires drivers without conducting background checks so they can pay them minimum wages,

Avoid using at all cost

Placed an order online at Kohl's 11/13/21. Order shipped 11/14, made it to Lasership facility in Ohio. Transferred to Lasership facility in Balt 11/19/21. Truck just sat there, no further movement. On 11/23/21 I drove to Baltimore intending to save them the inconvenience of delivering. They told me package is still on the truck and they cannot release it to me until it's unloaded. I ask about how long? They probably by tomorrow. Its now 11/26/21 and truck is still not unloaded, just sitting in the parking lot. What would cause a truck to sit unloaded for 1 week? Shortage of manpower? Can't be shortage of drivers because it made it to Balt from Ohio in reasonable time. Can't be Balt drivers because I drove down there to pick it up. You mean to tell me warehouse is so short staffed, delivery truck must sit unloaded for 1 week (and counting)? If it was my company, I'd find out where the stoppage is coming from and fix it. I think lazy companies are trying to milk the COVID-19 thing to avoid doing there job.

Always late

Literally the worst delivery service ever. Updates are a joke and so is their "customer service." I cringe every time I see a company that I've ordered from is using them. Then I just resign myself to not getting my package on time or even having any idea where it is until it just magically appears whenever the hell they feel like delivering it. My favorite is when it's been "out for delivery" for 5 days. Smh.

A bunch of thieves

I wish I can give a negative stars. Two orders, zero delivery, both lost, and both electronics. If you know your department store is using this company for delivery, STOP, and cancel the order ASAP, save yourself the headache, aggravation, and multiple phone calls & emails trying to get the package or your money back. If your order is for a holiday gift then you should run to your next door convenience and pay a pack of chocolate as a your alternative gift.
