Fashion nova needs to stop working with lasership asap! This isn't the first time I had to contact them about my package and why is there issues with delivery! The door was opened downstairs and they still saying ''attempted delivery'' but didn't really attempt to come upstairs. I just don't get it! How lazy can you be honestly? This is your job! You chose this job and the fact you can't do your job right? Is honestly embarrassing. They need to maybe change the workers of the company or something. Or maybe better management?! Or a new everything! Then you give them instructions on how to deliver it and they don't follow them! You tell them call upon arrival and they can't even do that? Yeah worst delivery company ever! They keep this up? They will be shut down!

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY. ORDERED FROM FASHIONOVA AND THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE. THEY ARE THIEVES & LIARS! THEY LIED THAT THEY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, THEN SAID THEY ARE REPACKAGING FOR REDELIVERY ONLY TO GO BACK TO TRACKING AND SEE THEY SAID PACKAGE IS LOST. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THE PACKAGE IS LOST AFTER THEY TRIED REPACKAGING. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AS IF YOU ARE REPACKAGING IN YOUR OWN WAREHOUSE HOW DID IT GET LOST. THEIR STAFF MEMBERS ARE STEALING PACKAGES. THEY ARE THE WORST.

This is my second bad experience with Lasership. They claim that the package was left at my front door. It was not!
The pictured front door is no where near me. I don't know where my package is. Lasership response to my inquiry says it will take 72 hours to get to the problem…. Really?
Update…they called and said it was delivered to the wrong address, they want me to go pick it up or wait until tomorrow for a driver to recover it

I have been trying to work with laser on the issue I am having with this careless driver…every packages I have gotten from them have been thrown Libby the same driver…I have sent over several videos about this one driver and THEY KEEP SENDING HIM…I guess they said something to him because he don't park in front of my house anymore he will park on the side, walk up, and still throw my packages on the porch again damaging some of them…I'm sick of it…If I can stop my packages from coming through them I will but I hate hate HATE this company

Parcel is picked up from them in NJ headed to Pittsburgh PA on June 9th. USPS, UPS, and FedEx this is a 1-3 day trip. First "Attempted Delivery" notification happens on June 17th. I was home, no attempt was made. Then an email said I needed to confirm my address. Called and emailed immediately telling them the address was correct. No answer until next week. Person on phone says they fixed the issue and delivery will happen next day. The following day I get an email saying delivery will take place some time that day. Myself or my wife was home all day, no attempt made, no delivery made. In the evening I get an update on my phone that the delivery was made. I search around the house, no parcel. I check with all the surrounding homes and businesses, no parcel. By this point it's late in the evening, I reply to the email that the delivery was not made. The following morning I call manufacturer to let them know what's going on. I then call LaserShip. Person on the phone has strong accent, definitely not a native english speaker. We struggle through the conversation but eventually I am able to get him to understand that the parcel is listed as having been delivered and it was not. Hours later someone calls me and says the parcel was delivered to another address and the driver will call me to help me find it. Driver never calls and I still don't have my parcel. Its now June 21 and I do not have my parcel and I have no real way to find it or ever have it. I can't imagine a seller using this service but if someone ever lists LaserShip on their website I am running!

I recently ordered a pair of work boots from the timberland outlet store in Jackson nj. I was told 3 to 5 days for delivery. Order was placed on a Saturday. Text messages led me to believe that my boots were shipped and delivered. On Friday when I got home I could not find my delivery. I contacted lasership in Dayton nj. Gave the rep necessary information to find out why my delivery was missing. Well they got lost during shipment and they still sent the messages they were delivered. So as far as am concerned now this will be my first and last time this delivery company will be used by me. If I have to depend on them for shipment I will choose something else to avoid dealing with them ever again. To loose my order and not have the decency to notify me TRULY SUCKS! I will absolutely continue to deal with timberland and avoid having anything shipped! So my negativity is NOT directed towards timberland. Just Lasership.

Worse delivery company ever. I wonder how they are still in business. No issues from ups, Usps, Amazon drivers or Fedex bud when packages gets handled by laser$#*!, it's newer deliverered

Ruined Fathers Day

Company states they couldn't find my house, verified my address and they're acting like my house doesn't exist. Poor excuse for a company, I'll never order from a company that uses LaserShip again because now my package won't be on time for Fathers Day. Seriously they are incompetent!

I ordered a lot of clothes with forever 21, and when I saw that it shipped with lasership i was worried because i have never heard anything about this company before. All my past orders with forever 21 was with fedex. My order shipped june 9 and estimated delivery was originally june 14. June 14 had come and there had been absolutely no movement in my order, like it still said label created so i freaked out. This was when i did research on the company and saw they had 1 star and people always report missing packages and what not, so i am very scared at this point. I get on the phone with customer service of both forever 21 and lasership and they all tell me things rhat aren't really helpful. So i just decide to wait. And after the phone calls is when my order updated that it was in transit to my lasership facility in georgia. I didn't have any problems after that, I received my package on the day they said. It wasn't damaged or anything. I guess I am one of the lucky few that had a decent experience with this company. I read a review that said all the positive reviews with this company are people that work there. I promise i don't! I'm just very glad I had a good experience and wanted to tell people don't freak out if you see lasership is your carrier, it might not be terrible!

Worst company on the planet, deliveries get delayed and sometimes never show up, a delivery that should take two or three days takes weeks sometimes months. You are not able to contact anybody in person. And not once has any of their deliveries been delivered to my house/porch. Always left in the middle of the driveway sometimes in the mud or in the ditch. Certainly hope I run into one of these losers at some point.

I was worried. All these bad reviews made me think that my shoes wouldn't come or it would take forever. Nope! It was perfect! The delivery girl even took a picture of the package on the porch! I think the company hires independent contractor so each delivery driver is different each time. I could be wrong. This is my first time using this service and I am very impressed!

The delivery driver will leave your package at a random person's house, take a photo of said person's house, and claim your package was delivered to your address when you can clearly see by the photo, that is NOT the right address. Never had this issue with other carriers. Something is very wrong with how this company operates.

WOW- WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with a delivery in the Tampa/St Pete area. They must steal packages for reselling or some other shady practice as I see I'm not the only one from all these horrible reviews of "delivered" yet NOT DELIVERED packages. If I could give this business a zero I would. I ordered uniform items for a job from a big retailer. LaserShip advised that my order was left at my "front door" of my house. I was home at the "supposed" time and all day for that matter. I went outside to get it. It was NOWHERE to be found. I looked all around my property but no package anywhere. I opened an investigation by email. They replied that "Our facility has completed the investigation" and their delivery records showed delivered. So all they looked at were the same notifications, no other "investigation" but that, and no resolution from them so I have to ask my retailer refund me or I eat the cost and hopefully I'm not out a lot of $ for the missing merchandise. Someone there is making a lot of money by taking these packages and selling the merch in them for their own profit. Maybe they are reselling it on ebay or poshmark?! I wish I had a way of avoiding them being a delivery carrier for important items I purchase and need like uniforms for my job. :/ :/

This is the third package Lasership has mysteriously "lost" in the past year. Five days after the latest package was "Out for Deliver", it has still not arrived. After number calls to Lasership I finally got an email stating, "Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time." That's code for "your package is lost of stolen". Pitiful.

Would no recommend this company. If your package is been delivered my leadership I would have in mind already that the package won't ever find you and you will need to call costumer service of the website you buying from. I hope lasership to shut their doors and stop pretending they are a carrier company. My package was stolen by the delivery guy!
