I ordered a laptop screen (first time I did that) - the site gave me clear guidance on how to make sure to order the correct model - price was ok (I compared with multiple other websites) - delivery was prompt - packaging was excellent - installation was a matter of a couple of minutes and, best of all, the repaired laptop screen worked right-away, now for almost one month. If I only had known it earlier, how easy it is to repair a broken laptop screen! If I ever will need again a replacement screen, laptopscreen.com will be the first website I'll check out.

My job as an engineering consultant requires that I travel every single week. About a month ago, the lady in front of me in the security line accidently knocked my laptop off the conveyor, destroying my screen. I had a week of work ahead of me, and I was in a bad spot. I made my order with laptopscreen.com and not only was I able to get a new screen, the screen I got was an upgrade for much less than I expected. I paid extra for next day with UPS, and my order arrived one day later despite having to fly from Vancouver BC all the way to New Jersey. I would reccommend this site to absolutely ANYONE who needs to get a new screen, or wants to upgrade their old one.

I ordered from Los Angeles for my p. O. s. Sony VAIO. The screen arrived within a few days, in good condition. I had never installed a screen before, and after installation the screen didn't work, but this was MY FAULT. I didn't secure that "taped on connector" properly (i don't know what it's called). So, I had to go back and fix that and then it WORKED GREAT and has been wonderful ever since. Company delivered product as expected.

I purchased a 17" screen for my daughters Dell Computer. I did it all on line with no screw ups. It did take more than three days to get from Canada to California. I did watch it cover the United States though. It was well traveled Via UPS.
The best part was I was able to install it in less than two hours. This was the first time I have ever worked on a laptop. It worked the first time and ever since.
WOULD I DO IT AGAIN?
YES. I found the expierence worth while. The company did what they said they would do.
It was worth the time and effort.

Purchased a replacement screen for our V200 Lenovo. The screen arrived well packed in four business days. Once installed and powered on the screen was clear and clean (no dead pixels, no lines, no shadows, etc.). The screen has been in use for about a month now, and the display is still clean and clear.

My due diligence indicated that laptopscreen's price was very competitive. Some sites offered an equivalent product for about twice the price.

My only request is that laptopscreen.com posts (or ships) installation instructions. This would have saved me about an hour of research and organizing time prior to purchase. Because the info is available elsewhere on the web, this was not a show stopper.

Best price I found ANYWHERE for a screen! And it shipped in great time. Would definitely use laptopscreen.com again if the need should arise (though I'm praying it doesn't!). Everyone should know about this site! You don't have to pay an arm and a leg for a professional to fix your screen. Look up videos on what to do (it's so easy!), and buy the cheap screens from laptopscreens.com! I'm positive this site saved me over 50% what I would be paying to have it fixed by someone else!
