I needed a screen, and they delivered an OEM quality product quickly that was well packaged and free of damage or defect.

Shipped quickly, works very well. Selection and ordering on the site are easy. An improvement in handling would be appreciated (many finger marks on the protective film) as well as on a more professional packaging.

Screen was shipped fast (I received it within 3 business days). No issues with the screen after installation. Zero dead pixel, work as well as I could expect. Their site was well made too. Made it easy to select the right screen for my laptop without even having to look at the old one. The price seemed perfectly reasonable to me. So... really I can't see what more I could have asked for.

My screen was well packed with bubble wrap and padded jiffy bag inside a cardboard box. The screen worked fine after a bit of fiddling with small screws and tiny connector.

The screen was packed very well (multiple layers of bubble wrap/foam inside a double-layer cardboard box). At first I thought they had sent me a glossy screen instead of the matte screen I had ordered. However, it turned out to just be a glossy film protector which I promptly removed. I had not issues swapping out the screen and it worked as expected.

Well packed and that was good since the package was punctured during shipment. Panel was still intact and works like a charm with no dead pixels.

Buyer be ware. I used their system to order a laptop screen for a chromebook based off of model number. They sent me the wrong screen and will not respond to messages sent in regard to this matter.
