This is my third purchase from laptopscreen in the last month, and I am very pleased with thier products & customer service. My first order arrived with a defective product, but they refunded the money for it right away. The 2nd order was perfect. All but 2 items on the 3rd order came right away, as two items were backordered. I now know that I dont need to worry about the last two items coming a bit later, since they seem very honorable. Will be back again. Keep up.

My wife cracked her laptop screen, so off i went to find a replacement. Looked around local, no way! Called staples and they said they could not order my screen but they could send the pc for repair to the people that have the screen. What a scam! Found laptopscreen.com and had the screen in 3 days after ordering. Not bad from Seattle WA to New Jersey. $62.00 for a 17.3" lcd, cant beat that. It took 10 min to fix and saved lots of $$$$$$$$. Thanks guys.

When I had drunkenly broken my Toshiba laptop's screen, it looked like it was going to need to purchase a whole new computer. (The cost of getting it repaired by professionals was approximately that same price of the laptop itself, so I had basically totaled it.) But I was able to order a replacement screen for much cheaper on laptopscreen.com, and they even had instructional videos showing you how to install it.

As it turns out, replacing a laptop screen is doable on your own, but I recommend having another person there to help you. The process of removing little screws while making sure to support the screen, and dealing with fragile connectors, is something that you'll appreciate the support of another set of hands. The video made it all look very easy, but the actual process is a bit more challenging. You can do it, for sure, but bring a friend.

The screen came fast and properly packaged. The site had install info to do it right the first time. The screen installed in 20 minutes and worked perfectly, it was also an exact match including the matte finish of the original.
This laptop is older with a real serial port needed for industrial programming, i have to keep it and the 2 matching backups working untill my customers upgrade their out of date equipment.
I would buy from them again for the following reasons.
Quality product, good communication, good packaging, fast shipping, lowest pricing and a website with all the info needed to trouble shoot, purchase and install a screen.

Wasn't sure about ordering a screen on-line, but the site was recommended by a local electronic retailer. Site made it easy to find the right screen, and provided good pictures to ensure that I chose the right screen and the right connection location. Not being a computer guy I was worried about being able to remove the old screen and install the new one, but the video tutorial showed me how to do it and it was actually as easy as it looked.
I wouldn't hesitate to order another screen from the site and will tell others about it too.

I had to replace a cracked screen (my girlfriend put something heavy on it) on a Toshiba Satellite A665. I ordered from this site because they were almost the cheapest, and they had a much better warranty than the cheapest (which was only a few bucks difference). Furthermore, their sites list of videos gave me confidence that I was doing it right (I had already taken it apart--if I had watched the video first, I could've removed fewer screws). I received the screen in just a few days, installed it in about 15 minutes and it has been running perfectly ever since (a couple of weeks). I'm quite happy with it and I would definitely purchase from them again. - James
