I ordered a replacement screen for my Acer netbook on 4/18. Shipment arrived on 4/21. Screen was just dandy, same exact part # as what I pulled out of the Acer. Packaging was secure, double-protected by a UPS flat-pak box inside the Fed-Ex flat-pak box. (hmm, using free UPS shipping materials for your Fed-Ex shipment?)
Only really bothersome thing they have done with me is send an email today asking for this review, even though I have asked them not to save my email for any purpose beyond shipping confirmation.

Summary- great price, quality screen, borderline business practices.

Wow, I am seeing a lot of negative reviews on this company but I did not have any trouble with them. They shipped the right screen for my Dell Inspiron and it arrived quickly. I installed the screen myself and it worked great. It has been about 2 weeks and it is still working fine. I would recommend laptopscreen.com

All I can do is comment on my own experience here. I had drop damage to a screen on an Acer Aspire. I shopped around and found the cheapest price on laptopscreen.com. I don't recall the actual checkout experience, but it must not have been bad or I would remember it. They shipped the next day, the screen arrived 2 days later, and I installed it myself with confidence I gained by replacing my keyboard. It had been working fine for a couple of months and actually had a lot less glare than the factory screen. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here, but doubt that everyone is outright lying. Strange.

I dropped a monitor on my Hannspree Netbook. I contacted Hannspree and they said that they could replace my screen for $100.00. They said that they would email me the necessary information to ship it to them. It never arrived; I contacted them 3 times with no results. My luck was finding Laptopscreen. I emailed them and gave them the manufacture and model # and asked them if they could help me. Laptopscreen responded within 10 hours and said that I needed to get the model # off of the screen in my netbook and check their website for the proper screen. I removed the screen, matched the number on their website, selected a matte screen and ordered it with a debit card. I was not charged extra for using the debit card. Laptopscreen acknowledged my order and shipped within a day. They sent me FedEx tracking info and I received the screen two day later. I installed it and a month later it's still working perfectly.
I did receive an email from them asking me to comment upon my purchasing experience with them (on this site). I live in the USA and will order from them again.
Screens are delicate when they are out of their support frames and can be damaged by static discharges.
If you can't provide the proper care and have the necessary tools, get a tech. To change your screen for you.

Hi, I'm from Spain. 3 weeks ago, I brought a 13.3 inch MacBook white screen. It costs here about 700€ (995 US$) to change the screen, and it costed me 115$.
I did my best to select the correct screen (there's a lot of MacBook screens), and everything went good and quickly (about 3 days). The screen works very good (I thought it was gonna work worst than the original one, but not).
This is not fake, they sent me an email asking if I could give them credit here if I'm satisfied and of course I can. If you don't believe me, look this Shipment code at UPS: 1Z49W2Y*******569.

Got the screen I needed at the lowest price. The screen has no dead pixels. It also came ahead of schedule. Hopefully I will not be a repeat customer, but if I need a screen, this is the place I will go.

Ordered a replacement screen for a Toshiba Satellite. The screen arrived quickly as promised. When the number on the back of the replacement screen didn't match the OEM, I sent an e-mail questioning the difference. Response was with 24 hrs as promised. Installation went fine. No problems. Works great. All-in-all; perfect.

Ordered a replacement LCD Screen for a netbook. Order placed 4/16/2011. Item shipped 4/18/2011. Arrived shortly thereafter in Eastern Washington. Appears to be an OEM direct replacement. Works fine.
I did receive an E-mail asking to post my experience on this site. I really have no dog in this hunt. I ordered an OEM replacement screen at a very good price and the service was prompt.

We ordered and received the correct screen in 3 days. We followed the step by step instructions to replace the screen and had no problems. It works well, is clear and bright. It looks like there is one dead pixel, but I can live with that. $98. Is so much better that the $375 quote I got from Compaq to fix my 6 month old laptop

I ordered a screen for my macbook because my screen and led panel was shot and my mac was basically unusable. We managed to replace the screen ourselves using some youtube videos and general skill at doing stuff like adding memory to computers. All went great and my computer is totally usuable. Screen was perfect as promised. Thanks guys
