The touchscreen was cracked on the Dell, It took 24hrs to get the part and then was delivered back to me. Nice Service, delivery and pickup from work. As they say, all good to go. Thankyou great service.
Friends had come over to have me order something for them and I discovered my screen was broken. In about 5 minutes, I had found the correct screen and watched an installation video. Placed the order and received my replacement in a few days. Second screen that I have replaced (different computer) and even though it had been a while, it was easy to complete.

But you have to be very careful while you are opening the screen in order to find the model for replacement. I did some mistakes there so you should not.
Order a new screen for my laptop on Saturday morning and was notified later that day that the screen was sent and would arrive on Tuesday. The screen was well protected and had no issues with the screen. Amazing experience from this company and would order again.

An absolute disaster wrong screen sent replacement delayed because customs release not completed.
Broken screen sent next & finally told it was my fault because the lap top its self was faulty.
The bad service was finally compounded when the refund was sent BUT $19 less than the purchases.

Everything went well. We ordered a new LCD screen for my mother's laptop as it was broken (she had her headphone on the keyboard and closed the laptop screen without seeing the headphone). Ordered from that site as they had the lowest price. Shipping was fast, installation easy by watching a YouTube video. Excellent screen.
Extremely fast service and shipping, got 2 day shipped but got here in 1 day. All I can say is I am sure happy I got my laptop screen back in a jiffy!

I am not a computer savvy person, but I decided to replace my own laptop screen. I found that the explanations on line, and the costumer support on the phone or in the chat is very helpful in teaching which screen to choose. The video where it shows how to replace the screen is also very useful. I got a new screen and I was able to install it myself and it works!

Customer placed an order and the item sent was exactly the item ordered ordered. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged through shipping. Customer contacted our support department and a replacement item was shipped, which unfortunately was held up at the border for an extra day. Once the package finally arrived to the customer it turned out, according to the customer's report that an LCD was not going to fix the computer, and the problem was with the local software installation. It was not necessary to order an LCD to diagnose such a problem.
Customer was provided with a pre-paid return label at no additional charges to return the unneeded LCD.
Upon the return of the item a refund of the original purchase price of the screen was issued, but the portion of the original shipping fee for a delivery that was properly performed was held back because the item was returned by the customer as unneeded and not due to a fault of LaptopScreen.com.
