Hello,

When the battery was opened, we found out that there is a problem charging the battery, so our IT folks are looking at the battery to see if we will need to return the battery for a replacement.

Great. I ordered the wrong battery. When I called they went out of their way to make sure I would be getting the correct one and they provided a label to return the wrong one. Excellent, quick, and accurate customer service. Wouldn't think about going any where else for a future battery purchase!

Based on minimum research, the idea of a warrantee on my battery was a better choice over the cheaply offered batteries on other sites. Time will tell if I was right and whether the cheaper batteries would have been sufficient?
