First battery shipped failed out of the box. Second battery was shipped free of charge and seems to be okay.
Overall experience was good but I have two comments:
1. Second battery shipped more slowly than first. I was okay using my old battery but someone else might have been down for 3-4 days until new battery showed up.
2. Customer support was prompt and worked fine, but I don't the the support person had a lot of experience fielding 'bad battery' calls. Maybe she was learning, I give her the benefit of the doubt and on a positive note, she was a very good listener and she spoke very clearly.

Nice website, easy to navigate, informative, arrived quickly, packed nicely. However, now that I have had the battery about 3 weeks...I charged the battery according to instructions and it was fine at first, but it is now completely dead and it won't recharge when plugged in. I am going to contact the company and will update my review later.
