My particular laptop model (HP Mini 110-4250NR) wasn't in your list of models. Fortunately, I found a match in searching for my old battery's model #.

I am very pleased with battery express i received a dead battery and it was replaced right away and if need be i will order again when the time comes.

Your site explained product options very clearly. The explanation that the 9 cell could replace the 6 cell battery was great. Good marketing!

Straightforward ordering process except for the last page, where the "Place Order" button should be at the bottom of the page so you don't have to go looking for it.

The new battery works very well and the fast delivery time was important because the last time I tried to find a battery for a laptop it took many weeks. The new battery looked just like the old one so I was reassured that it was the correct one.

I had difficulty finding the ac adapter for my laptop. I emailed customer service and they sent me a link within a day to the correct adapter and gave me a code for a discount. Placing the order was easy and I received the product in less than a week and it worked perfectly. It's somewhat bulkier than my original but otherwise it's fine. I've only had it for a short time so I can't comment on how long it'll work.

I was surprise to receive the battery in excellent condition an fast.

The shopping experience was easy, which made up for the average customer service experience.

It took 5 seconds to find the replacement battery for my computer. I tried to get one from Hp and had to return it two times due to errors on their part not to mention the 30 - 45 minute phone call wait times.

The main concern is price/value. Many other sites offer this battery for less than $20. I'm hoping that I'm paying for a truly new battery that will give me the same (5+ year) performance as my OEM did. There was a slight mix-up in shipper which was easily resolved by email and the battery actually arrived sooner than promised. Generally, they are easy to work with and responsive.

I haven't opened the parcel yet! It is a Christmas present for a friend so I can't make tests or judgments yet.
