I paid almost triple what I normally pay for a battery since this was an extended battery. Still seems high. Overall very satisfied with product...will buy more...

After I completed the PayPal sign in, I was confusingly returned to the 'Place Order' page where I had to repeat putting in my password and uncheck the box so as to not receive promotions, and then click on place order which I was afraid I had already done. Maybe my confusion.
In the end, everything was done properly, delivered timely, and seems to be working just fine.

I have just installed the battery and given it time to receive a full charge. So far, everything looks good, but I haven't used the battery very much.

So far its been great. This is the second battery I have bought for my 2004 Dell Laptop. The first one was not from this company and it did not function, at all. This battery charged, and has kept its charge. I'd feel a little more comfortable giving fantastic "stars" if I had a little more time to figure out if the battery will continue to work, but, it actually works now. Pleased.
