Received the battery but not working in laptop. Working to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it may be a circuit problem with laptop hardware so may be returning. Then again it could be a bad battery. Root cause still to be determined.

So far so good! Bought a new battery and power cord for my daughters computer. She is very excited to have her computer working again. This is the second time I have replaced both battery and cord but opted for the cheaper version last time sold by someone else. The cord didn't have a good connection from the start and battery would only fully charge to 70% so you get what you pay for. This new cord fit perfectly the first time so I know it is better quality and I feel the battery will be of the same quality. Only regret I didn't buy here the first time.
