Having paid top price for the battery I had expected a 100% charge and performance. Such was not the case, the battery only charged up to 79% having stayed charging overnight as instructed. Awaiting instructions to return it and get full credit.
I actually think I have purchased from you previously. I was hoping to get the larger battery that has a longer use life. This size is only good for like 2 hours and then you have to charge again. Any chance of the larger size availability again?
Locating and ordering a laptop battery was simple and painless. When the package arrived, it was ripped open and empty. My local post office had labeled it as such. Upon calling customer service, they just asked for a photo of the package and then shipped a replacement which arrived within days. Job well done
