Very user friendly, but I have found out that I no longer need the battery, can it be returned for a refund or credit. The computer is beyond repair and the new battery will not fix the problem?

Easy to look up info on battery.

The original battery that was sent was defective. It was replaced, a new one was sent out, which works fine. Thanks for the fast turnaround.
