I could just wish your site was referenced at the laptop manufacturers' sites since they (or at least HP) do not carry older batteries as far as I could find. My problem may have been their labeling, but yours was fast an complete! Thank you very much.

Made an order sept 25 of a adapter and battery received adapter on oct 3 with note saying battery to be shipped next week? It's now been 2 weeks. I also have left 2 messages on voicemail for customer support with no call back
