Fast, found the laptop battery that I needed, great price
The online ordering went fast. The question I have is why the this small battery arrive in an oversized box?
Excellent service and delivery. However, my laptop still doesn't work with the new battery. Not sure if the battery was dead on arrival or the laptop has another problem. I intend to have the battery tested at Batteries Plus, then return it if it is defective.

Appeared to be painless - assuming I actually receive the product.
Shipping options were a little unclear in instructions if you selected PayPal. However, after selecting PayPal the options for shipping appeared and worked. I had to contact this company about a shipping delay. For some reason the battery shipped 5-6 days after I had paid for and requested 2nd day shipping. Upon contacting PayPal the vendor to my surprise credited the entire shipping expense. However, they do offer free shipping but in a delayed format. So, even though the shipping was free the battery did not arrive on time as requested. So, I did receive a working quality battery. The conflict concerned shipping only.
