I learned from their website that other sites would have sent me a replacement battery which required installing a Disk to make changes to my system, which could have caused problems with my computer. The battery sold by laptopbatteryexpress.com does not require the installation of such a disk. Their battery was ready to install with no changes to my computer. Their battery worked well (slight difference in the "fit") and unlike other websites they provide a 2 year warranty; others only provide 6 months to 1 year.
