The battery arrived quickly and was shiny and new with specific instructions about charging... which was all to the good. However, after several days I checked the battery and found that it has NO charge. No lights lit up on the battery. I have sent two inquiries to Laptop Batteries Express ( one by Email and one from the Website.) describing the situation and seeking advice. Sadly the company Laptop Batteries Express has declined to respond specifically, instead this survey arrived. The survey fails to address my current dilemma. I really would like a working battery--currently I have two dead ones which, I fear, are about as useful as filling out these surveys.

This was one of the easiest purchases ever. I just typed in my laptop Make & Model and it pulled up the battery I needed. Also, the price was very fair so I didn't need to keep looking and waste time. There was also a $5.00 coupon for Friends and Family that I was able to apply at check out. Great site to purchase from! This is NOT a reflection on laptopbatteryexpress.com, but the battery I purchased for my laptop has only about a 1 1/2 to 2 hour maximum charge when it's suppose to be about 6 hours. I followed all the directions in the package on how to get the maximum charge from the battery but it's not happening. I am disappointed in the battery itself as I expected it to give at least 4 hours but not 1 1/2 to 2 hours. But, the ordering process was great and I would highly recommend laptopbatteryexpress.com.
