No issues. Just finished five days of conditioning the battery. So far everything is fine with the quality. I could have bought a cheaper battery, but prior experience with another supplier ended up with quick battery failure.

Battery arrived with the expected fit / form factor. Only had battery a few weeks now, but no problems so far. Battery life on Ubuntu is ~2 hours, so should be even longer on Windows.

Very easy billing except I couldn't get the "Place Order" box to accept my PayPal payment to begin with. I finally succeeded after a few attempts. There seemed to be a glitch somewhere with the button.

The Sale and handling were fine. However let's face it you can only do so much to sell a product over the internet. A battery is a battery not something that is exciting like a puppy. I found your price to be a little high but went ahead and bought your battery because I wanted a reliable product.
