The first battery I received was defective. They immediately sent a replacement that I installed today. It hasn't been long enough to tell if the second battery was good or not.
Could not find out how to complete my purchase. It sure wasn't under number 4. It was very hard to find the final step to complete the order. I had to type in my information twice before number 5 came up.

Ordered an "extended" battery for my Dell laptop. The battery fit perfectly in the battery housing, but due to laptop casing design one could not open the screen more than 1/8th full. As a result, one could no longer see the screen. Notified Laptop Battery Express by phone.
