I was extremely happy with the battery--it worked as advertised. As for the charger it did not work. I plugged it in and the battery indicator on the computer reflected that the battery was not charging. When I pulled the charger from the computer the tip was hot. I took it to the geek squad at Best Buy and their test indicated a short in the charging tip. I went ahead and bought a universal charger and it worked perfectly. I have not had good luck with electronic devices made in China; it's a hit and miss proposition most of the time.

Easy. I selected the laptop brands and keyed in the OEM battery part numbers. LaptopBatteryExpress gave me multiple battery options. After deciding which batteries best suited my needs I added them to the cart. Checkout was fast with no-hassle. The batteries arrived at my home quicker than I expected. LaptopBatteryExpress offered an additional $5 off per battery if I indicated that I would recycle my old batteries. I definitely plan to do so, but unfortunately I did not see the offer until after I had submitted my order. I'll be placing another order soon to replace the battery in my Macbook Pro. I can get just what I need from LaptopBatteryExpress plus save over $31 compared to buying from my local computer superstore.

I am VERY satisfied with my experience with laptopbatteryexpress.com. I purchased a NEW battery having been told (by Office Max) that was the reason my computer would not boot up, however, after receiving the new battery learned that was NOT my issue. I contacted laptopbatteryexpress.com to see if I could return the battery and was surprised to learn that I COULD for a full refund. Upon further conversation with my customer service representative, "Fred" I learned another possible solution that I could try myself and I am currently pursuing that. Very helpful and friendly! Even if my 2nd solution doesn't work I am still a SATISFIED customer! I Highly recommend them!
