Asus has too many models of notebook!
Forgot about converting US$ to AUS$ - and the shipping costs, however was still cheaper than another site by some 25%.

Every other site I looked I could not find the product I want. On your site it was easy.
They had what I was looking for and even allowed me to add to the order that I placed on-line by calling customer service and having an item added that another vendor did not have in stock and it cost less with LaptopBatteryExpress and they all arrived at the same time.
I tried to cancel this order three different ways. First, I went to the website and tried to cancel it, but all I got was a message that there were no orders under my name - obviously not true. I sent a message to the email address listed under 'contact us', and said to cancel the order, but it was ignored. I called the following morning during the hours stated under 'contact us' and could only leave a message, since no one was apparently available to actually talk to me. I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel the order and to contact me at my phone number (same number as listed on the order). No response was received; no attempt was made to contact me. The order was shipped against my wishes. So, NO, I am not at all satisfied with my experience.
