Called for guidance on which battery I should buy as a search on your website gave me 4 options. The descriptions of the batteries where okay but when I called with questions the person that took my call was about as clueless as me. We did muddle through it though and I placed an order. I received the correct battery for my laptop and I'm generally pretty ok with the purchase.
The added detail and battery data justify the higher price. Although the video says it's a 1 year warranty, the FAQ page says 2. I'll take 2 any day!

Product was properly described, appropriately priced, and shipped at no additional cost. It arrived as advertised and works as it should. Very satisfied.
This is a situation in progress but it has been long enough to conclude the following: The battery I received did not charge, possibly due to a Dell/Windows software issue not the battery itself. Their initial response was great, but the suggested fixes did not work and after that I was left in the cold for far too long. I just want to return the battery and buy one from Dell but they have not sent me an RMA after several days. If this is resolved soon then maybe I'd increase my ratings, but you can't expect perfect reviews without being a little more responsive.

A little difficulty in finding the right product mainly do to a lack of info on the product itself. Ordering was smooth after that.
