I am buying a 'higher power' battery, hoping it will last longer when running on it. Your website says it is compatible and a viable replacement to use with my ASUS Laptop (K52F Model). I guess we will find out. I do hope it is and you will not have to hear from me until I buy another product from you.
I called customer service to maker sure the battery was compatible and he answered all my questions effectively.
I enjoyed the site ease. I wish the photos could be enlarged more. I will advise on delivery if all is well. Thanks.

This order was a disaster. I ordered a battery for a Toshiba laptop. The order was accepted, and shipment was promised. In a few days, I received an email from the customer service department telling me that the item was not in stock, but would be delivered in a few days. I needed it quickly, so I responded by email and voice mail, asking to be contacted so I could arrange overnight shipping when it arrived. Three times I called this company for customer service, and three times I had to leave a voice message. My messages were never returned.
Finally, a few days later, I received another email from customer service, telling me that my battery was not available. About 30 minutes after that email, I received an email from the company telling me that my order had shipped! That contained a USPS tracking number; when I check that number now, it shows "shipment accepted" 10 days ago, for a 2-day priority delivery. No further status is shown.
Oh yes, they did charge my credit card almost immediately upon placing the order.
At this point, I have not received my order, my credit card has been charged, and I cannot get in touch with anyone from customer service despite my leaving several voice mails.
This is perhaps the worst transaction I have ever experienced with any vendor.
The service was very good
Website is very easy and simple to use. Everything is broke down by brand name which makes finding what you need easy. The battery was easy to install and was fully charged in 1 hour. Works Great.

It was fine although i have not shopped for battery's before so i have nothing to compare it to. I did receive my order and it was shipped very fast.( the same day) and i didn't even ask for that. Well done, also it was just what i ordered thanks.
