I've used the company before to replace my battery; locating and ordering the battery is very easy. As before, I have meticulously followed the recommended charging cycles to maximize my battery performance. Over the first few days I was deeply disappointed in the 'time remaining' (from full charge to 30% was less than an hour). That said, the duration has improved over the last week to about 2 hours.

I hope that continued conditioning (based on the included written recommendations) will improve the time I can use the battery off the charger. Ultimately, I would wish that I could at least get 2.5 hours off the battery just doing work like Word documents. I'm not doing much to tax the computer (e.g., gaming).

The battery is a reasonable priced and the speed in which I received the replacement battery was exceptional. No complaints regarding the company or the product.

The new battery for my Alienware M15X came quickly and worked just fine! (My old one was ~6 years old and was not holding a charge anymore.)

My only complaint is that it does not lock in place very well. I would not even notice this issue if I did not carry my laptop to LAN parties so often. If I don't remove the battery before traveling, it will fall out. I have to snap it back on before I can play. Despite the new minor annoyance, my laptop is reliable once again.
