Thanks for explaining the differrence between cheaper batteries and the stronger ones. The explanation was the deciding factor in choosing the stronger one even though I paid 3 times more than the cheaper ones on the market.

I received the battery promptly. I opened the box and found it well wrapped. I followed the directions to install and charge the battery. The battery would not charge. I called laptopbatteryexpress.com and as yet, I have not received a call back to remedy the situation.

When I ordered the battery, I was under impression that it would be an ASUS original battery as was advertised on the website, but an off-brand was mailed to me instead. So far, I have had no problem with it and hopefully none in future either.

When I needed help finding the battery, your staff was there to assist. Ordered battery i need.
