I bought a piece of land in 2017 October 21 so far I've been making payments I am totally agree that they apply answers on this I got to do the best to keep my property and the only thing that I don't agree Is required to the county did you start record that I had till you paid it in full that's the only thing I don't agree because you want to make sure at the end it's going to be a clean title and there's gonna be no taxes late involved. But besides that I guess it is a good option to end it with a piece of land prices are cheaper that way payments options are good and I really appreciate that Landcentral thanks for your help.
Bought some property went to put a home on it and the title couldn't be cleared, 9 months later still waiting and I'm out a lot of money, payments, land clearing, survey. I did try to pay off the land when I purchased a mobile home to put on it and that was when I found out the title couldnt he cleared.
I've been fortunate to purchase several properties from them and even made a huge windfall, great doing business with these guys
Just bought my fourth property from land central today. Just wanted to thank land central for making my full time rv life a reality! My wife and I had the idea to sell the big house and full time rv. With land central`s help we've done it. We now own 2 property's in Colorado which we spend summer`s on. 1 property in Big Bend Texas which we spend Winters, and just bought one in New Mexico for a place to stay in between when Colorado's to cold and Texas is to hot. They lie, many properties are landlocked without roads, when a person protests, they refuse phonecalls to make a payment which leads to foreclosure. Once you have made payments, there is no way out. You lose. The website for Synergy Mgt Corp, their payment company, is run by them. I am very sorry I purchased land from them.

This is really happening. I've been a skeptical lurker around LandCentral as well as a lot of other companies for years, while posting ads for invisibleworkers.com, and working my way up to helping out artists' collectives, finally, the property was posted, and, although, I was unable to get the plot of land that my entire family would be comfortable with, I might be able to fully pay off one just for me. In the words of my father, "Don't bite off more than you can chew." So, I'm just going to look over the town building codes for a year, while learning about this community. We placed the big family table curbside alert, and hope to be getting a senior cottage for my parents, a shelter for my homies, as well as a job and a workshop for me within the next decade. For the most part, it's still just a pipe dream. However, if I am prudent, and devote the next year of my life to paying this thing off completely, it will be done, and I will not be landless anymore. Thank you LandCentral.
It is going to take me a whole year of putting everything I earn into this land, however, I most certainly shall. Making double payments is the minimum that anyone recommends. Angela cautioned me about purchasing the landlocked property, that I would have to get an easement from the neighboring property owner. LandCentral personnel are definitely in the customer's corner, as long as we follow the rules. However, I would suggest that you make the minimum payment twice per month, just in case anything goes wrong, and only if you have to.
My only regret is that I am unable to fully pay this thing off as most of my income is invested in my parents as well as my family. I really want the security of owning land. However, that's on me, not on the personnel of LandCentral.
I felt very fortunate to have Angela Tipton answer the phone when I called in for assistance. She picked up very quickly what it was that needed, put it together immediatly and shot it over to me in email.

This is a great place to start if your wanting to find a good piece of property to call home or what ever. They do cost a bit more than paying cash, But if you do not have a lot of money and can make small monthly payments, It's cheaper than paying rent. And you have much more freedom, Check it out and see what you like out of all these places around america. I had good luck with it. And this is a ligit company. Always do your home work on what ever you buy from any one. This company does have some really good deals that a regular person can afford. They will explain everything about the property that they can. If yo do buy from them, go and look at the property to see if it is really what you want. Also always go to the county that its in and do your research. Thats with any property. I am very satisfied with mine. I am a happy land owner where I am at.
Answer: The reason why the land is so cheap is because they buy land on auctions and foreclosures... and then the customers have the change to make a good deal out of it. I bought my piece of land a couple of days ago for $3K (1.51 acres) in Rio Rico, Az. When I look at the land value thru the tax assessor's site I think a made a very good deal. I can only say i had a very good experience with them and I would certainly reccomend them to family and friends (which I already did and now my father-in-law is gonna be my neighbor there in Rio Rico!)

Answer: Hi Patrick - to get an address assigned for a property is all done through the County/City, so the rules will be dependent on what they require. If the County is saying that they require a structure or building permits in order to assign an address then unfortunately there isn't any way around that.

Hi Tricia,
We have provided you several title reports from the title company showing that they would provide title insurance for the property you are financing. Additionally, as part of our land sale contract, we guarantee a free and clear title when we deed the property at payoff. You are currently still financing the lot, so it has still not been paid off. Also, we are currently, as you know, working with a title company in providing you the documentation showing that the title is clear. We are currently working on what they are requiring from us to clear any remaining issues with the title.
