"Highly intuitive site to use and loads of information"
I purchased a piece of land and paid cash. I did not hear a thing from the company from Dec. 8th until the 5th of January when I contacted them again. I had emailed them prior to this phone call, but I never received a response. I spoke briefly to a manager who assured me he would return my call by 4 pm. Once again… crickets. The gal who sent me to her manager told me her name was Maddie when I asked. When I talked to the manager, he mentioned her name was Maria. Then he said he would return my call by 4pm. I am feeling as though the people at Land Central are far from honest. I am not happy at all with their communication, honesty, or follow through!
Also, most of the land they sell is crappy!

This place charged me 307.49 for a contract I didn't agree to that I never signed. Then charged me 200$ to cancel a contract I never signed. They call me at all hours to collect money I never agreed to pay the piece of they they tried to sell me was land locked. And frankly overpriced. They are dishonest. They will charge you money for absolutely no reason what so ever. They are shady. Do not make the mistake of ever even considering working with them. Any positive reviews here are most likely false. Or by employees trust me. They are terrible people
I bought 10 ackers several years back on payments untill recently everything was great low payment was a good investment so kudos for that. But more recent I have since sold that land and was intrested in getting another peace to buy but forget that! They must have had a new company take over the prices are ridiculous the intrest went from 9% to 12% this use to be a good investment company until they got greedy the prices there asking on anything should include water and electric but they dont its just bare land.

We have been in business for 25 years, and the owner has remained the same over the 25 years. Our prices throughout this time (as well as our interest rates) have fluctuated dependent on the market and market demand (It has gone from 14.7%, down to 9.7%, and now at 11.7% throughout the years). Our interest rates and prices have fluctuated, just as mortgage and car loans have also fluctuated. We still provide the same services we have always provided, as well as continue to provide the best variety of properties we can in the tough market. Also keep in mind that our interest rates are also higher than the market as we don't verify income or pull credit. This is a service we provide to finance land in a market where financing undeveloped land is near impossible. We're happy you were able to find your own parcel of land from us in the past, and will continue to provide this service to other potential land owners in the future.
I bought 20.9 acres in Kern County California at a great price. Everything was laid out for me to understand. The process was easy. I bought a foreclosure at a jackpot deal. The customer service was amazing

Answer: The reason why the land is so cheap is because they buy land on auctions and foreclosures... and then the customers have the change to make a good deal out of it. I bought my piece of land a couple of days ago for $3K (1.51 acres) in Rio Rico, Az. When I look at the land value thru the tax assessor's site I think a made a very good deal. I can only say i had a very good experience with them and I would certainly reccomend them to family and friends (which I already did and now my father-in-law is gonna be my neighbor there in Rio Rico!)

Answer: Hi Patrick - to get an address assigned for a property is all done through the County/City, so the rules will be dependent on what they require. If the County is saying that they require a structure or building permits in order to assign an address then unfortunately there isn't any way around that.

When you purchase any property on our website and pay the down payment you electronically sign the contract when agreeing to the terms and conditions. Then, after that point you disputed the charge with your bank. We provided all of the information to your bank and they agreed with us, and you lost the chargeback. When agreeing to the terms and conditions prior to the purchase you agree that you have done your diligence prior to the purchase. We provide as much property information up front as possible (parcel numbers, legal descriptions, and maps) in order for our customers to research the properties prior to purchase. Yes, we did tell you that there is a $200 cancellation fee (which is also part of the contract signed), however it was NOT charged. Your lack of due diligence and buyers remorse is no reason to personally attack any of our staff by calling us dishonest, shady or terrible. We would not have stayed in business for 26 years if these statements were true. In the future, prior to purchasing anything, I would recommend doing your research prior to making a payment.
