I placed an order April 22,2020 and I still haven't gotten my order - that's two months and totally unacceptable. Yet. What makes it even worst is the non-existent customer service. It is understandable that orders may be delayed but I have not received any order updates or emails from Lancome at all. I emailed them over two weeks ago to inquire about the order (6 weeks after the order was placed) and they never responded. I even contacted them on Facebook. No response. Do not order online!

Lancôme takes your money but then Lancôme never sends an order number nor does the Lancôme website work to sign into your account and check on purchase. Lancôme also does not have customer service number working and it is already June 15,2020

ORDER PLACED MAY 29. STILL NO PRODUCT JUNE 13 OR ANY UPDATE. NO ONE RESPONDS BY EMAIL, CHAT, TOLL FREE NUMBER. TRACKING JUST SAYS PROCESSING. BUY PRODUCTS IN A DEPARTMENT STORE. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ODER FROM ONLINE. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE At LANCOME! SHAMEFUL LANCOME!

Placed my order on May 27,2020. It STILL has not been shipped! I understand a delay of a week due to COVID, but 17 days later, the order has not shipped. If you call, a recording will tell you that the wait time to speak with someone is over an hour. The chat reps are extremely rude and will not give you a ship date. Meanwhile, my credit card was charged for the order on May 27th.

I tried ordering the "BUY1GET1" before the deadline... and of course the site didn't wouldn't move to "billing" to complete the order. So, thinking it was a problem with my IPAD, i logged off and used my work laptop. Well now the sight says I already used the code so I was not entitled to "Get1" any longer! What the heck!? I never got to complete the order! So today, I am trying to reach customer service and have been holding for 25 mins so far (though the announcement stated it would be less than 15 mins! I give up! I love the product but this is ridiculous! If I must buy Lancome, I will go to a Macy's or Nordsrtom! However, this has prompted me to move to another line of skin care. Its a shame. Lancome WAS great at one time!

I place my order almost 2 weeks ago. No tracking or shipping information have been provided yet. I have call several times the waiting time is about and hour. Chat same thing. I haven't been able to get in hold with them. Horrible service. Very disappointed

I would not even know where to start. After having issues with my order for the third time I am finding a new line to use. I have tried to get through on the customer service line and will be on hold for hours and than have the line disconnect. I have received emails saying the issues will be fixed and nothing ever happens!

It is June 4, and the order has not been received by the carrier (order placed May 14). Still "processing". My recommendation: DON'T LIE THE CUSTOMERS, WE ARE NOT STUPID. What a misery of so called "elite" company.

If possible, I would give negative stars for their policies and ignorant customer service, I ordered May 14 a product that was allegedly discounted (total $145). After 2 weeks, it would still show processing. In the meanwhile, the product's price was reduced to $108. I did chat with them, asking when can I expect the product. The person had no clue. I asked her if I could cancel the order-the answer was lancome's policy was not to change anything for a processing order. That included a "no" for changing the price of the total order. Given that I already waited 2 weeks and they were still "processing" (not shipped, but processing), it is only logical that they apply the price that is current at the day of processing. The same day, they emailed me that the order was shipped. That was 3 days ago. Well, when I checked ups tracking number today, it said, the product is not yet received for shipping (just label created). What a misery of a company. I expected more.

I am so disappointed to receive a damage package. I made my purchase on 04/30/2020 and I finally got it on 5/18/20. Unfortunately the two genifique serums' bottles were broken and I got a cut in my finger. It's not acceptable to see an over 200 dollars purchase sent it in a bubble envelope like that, the receipt in the package was soaking wet. I couldn't even take a picture of the receipt. I didn't even want to put my hands in the envelope, since I got a finger cut when I attempted to open my package. What a poor service and poor packaging. So after I got this unbelievable poor packaging items, I demanded a refund. First, it's like impossible to call their customer service to talk to them, no one picked up (of course). Secondly, even after I sent them an email, no one bothers to reply me. Then, when I tried to chat online (each wait time will be at least 45 to 60 mins), after 3 times talking to the lancome representative online, all of them promised me that I will get a refund back. Today it's 06/01/2020, I've chatted with a different representative and she told me there's no refund was issued. WHAT?!?!?!?! I've being trying to be patient, I understand we are living in a Pandemic now, but please be honest... When the first time I've contacted Lancome, the representative told me to discard the broken pieces of glasses... now today a different representative asked me to take pictures of the items? Am I supposed to get more finger cuts to take pictures of the broken bottles? This is INSANE. I love their products, but I can't believe the customer service they are providing, based on how much their costs are.

I placed my order on 5. 14. 20 and yet have not received a shipping confirmation (today is 5. 27. 20). I have tried to contact their customer service and there's no answer. I have tried to Chat and I've waited for an hour and finally got through someone who has now not answer my question but put me on hold for another 20 minutes. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful and rude. With the amount of money they're making they should train their employees a lot better.

I am absolutely livid I placed an order at lancome March 7th and of course their website has false advertisement for 3-5 day shipping. It doesn't ship after a week. I contact customer service and they tell me I have to wait ANOTHER 3-5 days, I thought well they are probably exaggerating and I only need to wait a couple more days. 5 days pass NOTHING I go to contact them again to see what was going on and there is a huge wait time for the chat so instead I just sent an email. They don't respond 3 days pass and my order FINALLY shipped. I think great now it will only take a week to arrive, I WAS WRONG their order tracking stated it would arrive by the 27th (today that I am writing the review) I told my mother her gift would finally arrive today. When i go check the order tracking it says it's arriving June 2nd ALMOST A MONTH AFTER MOTHER'S DAY. I am defeated this is the worst experience I have had with a company online. While I understand COVID is a problem other companies have handled it so well and only had slight delays not month long ones. I can't believe a high end brand is so awful when it comes to online shopping.

Lancôme canceled my order on sale items without my permission. I forgot to log in when I ordered to get bonus points for my order. Well, I didn't get any points and they canceled my order for no reason.
When I called I was on hold for over an hour no one ever answered, I called three times. I tried to chat but received no response. They clearly don't appreciate their customers.

Prfect for my skin

10 Piece Gift

Received a post card with an offer of a 10 piece gift from Lancomme if purchasing $49 worth of their products. When I called for an offer code, I was told they had run out of the promotion items and i should refer to the printing on the bottom of the card which states "offers are subject to change without notice." What a crock!

Bad batch of perfume

I've been wanting the Jasmins MARZIPANE perfume since they sent me a sample of it. Looked in all the retail stores and couldn't find it, so I had to order it online.
Well let me tell you, I paid $200.00 for this fragrance and it lasts for 10 minutes! I kid you not! I've never experienced this before from Lancome perfume. I honestly think some employee gave me FEAK perfume! Not only that I was supposed to receive 15 free samples and I only got 4! I called customer service today and they weren't helpful at all. The Guy pit me on hold like 10 times! I know this perfume is wonderful IF it wasn't replaced with FEAK stuff. I'm very disappointed, as I have used Lancome for many years.
Like I said, they definitely need to look at their employees... On the shipping end AND customer service end.

Package was lost in UPS's system. Now 1 month past, made tons of calls, still can not get it resolved. They still refused to re-send the order, or issue a refund. I still got nothing, and they hold my money.
