Website offered free delivery but staff argued that free delivery was not available

Great service and my puppy has loved this door from the moment we put it in! No more accidents inside!

The door doesn't fit cause the top part has been added on top of it, which makes it too thick to fit in the patio door. When looking this up, it's a common issue for which LaLuna is getting criticized for. Their solution... Cut the piece yourself and void your warranty! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Have had pet door insert panel for a few years. Was very happy to be able to get a new plastic flap as a replacement.

The process was quite good, from making the initial enquiry, to talking to people over the phone to work out the best product, to organising the measure and the installation times.
The only negative part of the experience was the final installation of the new glass window. The installers initially told us that they would match the existing safety decals on the original window, only to then later say that they wouldn't be putting any safety decals on at all.
I understand that this may be out of La Luna's control, as the installer is (I believe) a third party, but it just put a little bit of a dampener on the end result.
In terms of the door itself, it is an excellent product. The dog only took a day or two get comfortable with it, and it has made the world of difference in letting her come and go as she pleases.
During strong winds, the flap does tend to blow inwards and remain a little bit ajar letting in a draft, but I have attached a little strip of fabric to the door to mostly prevent this.

Service and Delivery was prompt. Easy to install on a standard sliding door with a bit of patience and knowhow.

Terrible product, design over function. Large gap even when closed so draughty. 'Lock' dials so loose that won't stay in any position. Didn't even install it. Also not slim enough for our sliding doors, which is the main reason we purchased.
